I stepped out of the shower, taking a towel from jack, now a bird. "Thanks." he tweeted and then flew out of the bathroom. I smiled a bit and dried myself off. "God, I need something to eat." I pick my phone up, calling a uber to bring me some pizza as I put some clothes on. "Your order will be there in thirty minutes." The woman on the other line said. The voice was familiar but I couldn't place where I knew it. "Great. Th-" The line went dead.
"Well that's unpleasant customer service," I say to myself, walking into the kitchen, grabbing some sweet tea out of the fridge. "Shoot, I never got any more tea in here." I walk to the cabinet and then I hear a big whimper.

Jack!

I run out of the room, and see Jack as a Dog stumble in, his leg bleeding. "Damn it, Jack! You were playing with those Dogs on the other side. They have an electric fence!" He puts his face down, and i can see the tears hit his nose.
There is nothing sadder than seeing a dog crying.

I rush to look for bandages or something to stop the bleeding. I Couldn't find anything. I run back to him, and i can see him trying not to bleed on the carpet. I look around, then i walk to him and take my shirt off. I wrap it around his leg, which slows the bleeding a bit. He looks up at me and licks my face. I laugh a bit, petting him softly

I walk into the living room; jake close behind me. I smile and pay the side of

The couch. He jumps up happily, and I hold him close. I scratch behind his ear as I looked at her picture.

I love you. And I miss you. Even if you betrayed me. And I still love you

I heard the doorbell ring, and I lurched up. I walked to the door and opened it with a smile.

Oh no.

It was Ms. Isabel Parker. Delivering food to me. And my shirt was off.

Well this is awkward.

"God, not you again." She said. I followed her eyes and they were on my chest and stomach.

And I work out a lot. So I'm very fit and toned. "Hey!" I snapped, "My eyes are up here." Her face turned a bright red as she looked at me.

"You ordered food, right?' She asked, obviously flustered.

"Yeah," i say, a little embarrassed but not much. She could just ignore the fact that i didn't have a shirt and proceed as normal. "Then where is my pay?" She puts her hand out, and i realized i didn't grab my wallet. 'Oh yeah, sorry. I'll go grab it. You can put the pizza down in the kitchen." I walk to my room and grab my wallet, flipping through what I had to make sure i had enough. "HOLY SH**" i hear, and i run back, "What's wrong? Are you o-" Jake was trying to play with her and she didn't know i had a dog.

"Is this your dog?" She asked, kneeling down to pet him softly. I nod, smiling. "How much was it again?' i ask, looking in my wallet. "17.95" she says, getting up and rolls her eyes. "Keep doing that and you are gonna get a bad review missy." I smile, handing her a 20 dollar bill. "Keep the change."

"I was going to anyway." I laugh a bit. She walks out, slamming the door behind her.

Welp, that was nice i guess. I look at jake, and he growls a bit. "Well I don't Care if you don't like her, Jack. You are gonna have to deal with it."

I walk to my closet and pull a white t-shirt on my torso.

I think i can heal him now.

I call jack over, and unwrap the shirt from his leg. I lay him down softly on the floor, and begin to sing softly. I couldn't sing too loud. That would hurt him. The gash on his leg slowly started to close slowly as i rubbed his stomach. I sung a bit louder, and as the wound finally closed, i stopped. I looked at Jake, and he showed his teeth.
