We have been betrayed.
At 23:00, Scorpion 5 workers opened fire on our men in the compound. Several have been killed, injured, and prisoners have been taken. There was a battle, so when you arrive be ready. The area isn't completely secure yet, but the majority of Scorpion have retreated back into the underground laboratory and armory that constitutes as the other half of the base.
In short, and excuse my language, they fking backstabbed us and are now holding out a siege. A very good one. As if we didn't have enough problems on our hands already.
Scorpion was reported to be using what looks like a stable version of the Handheld EM Railgun Mk. I, dubbed the "Shadowstalker". Heavy weapons, such as our M249s, the "Dragonfangs", have also been sighted in use.
Be careful. Those things can shred you in moments, and as for the Shadowstalkers, they may be unstable but I don't think our friends down there are gonna care who's in their way.
