A scream escaped my lips as I woke up with my heart racing and pounding violently in my chest, sweat pouring down from my head. Iruka was rudely awaken by me as he jumped up. Alertly, he scanned the room for horrifying creatures before he finally gave me his attention. "I just had a nightmare, I'm fine." I answered his question even before he could ask. He was surprised by my sudden response but smiled at it. He stroked my forehead, "Shall I start making breakfast?"

"Mhmm!"

He unwillingly stood up and looked at me. "Yes I will be alright on my own." I replied to his never ending worries again before he could speak. I know him too well. I continued to sleep in as he started making breakfast. It felt like a usual morning but both of us clearly know it's not. It could very well be our last morning in this mansion. My mansion..

"Breakfast is ready, Naruto! Come down and dig in!" Iruka shook me and woke me up.

"Ugh, this sucks! I don't even have school and I still have to be up early." I complained as I chewed on my grilled cheese and egg sandwich. "Now you be a good boy and finish up your breakfast. I'll start packing for the move." Iruka left me in the dining room by myself. I groaned as I took another bite of my sandwich. Is this really my last morning in my mansion? It's all happening so fast.. I just can't believe it. My chewing slowed down, I was so absorbed with my own thoughts again.

"Are you really trying to leave me already, Naruto?" I looked up from my plate to see Sasuke was sitting directly opposite me from the table. I jumped out of my seat, alarmed. "You know you can't escape. You are cursed." My eyes widen when I heard that. So that means I'm right, he is able to follow where I go.. He isn't trapped in the house. He's practically staying in it.

"Excellent detective work." Sasuke grinned from across the long table. "Even better than the detectives that investigated your parents' death." He folded his arms as he laid back, still maintaining strict eye contact.

"Wha-what do you want from me?" My voice was shaken badly as I stared into the face of death. I didn't know if I should be glad that there was no point in moving, so I could stay here. Or should I be disappointed that he is able to follow me wherever I go? "Nothing from you. I just want you."

"But why me?!" My hands pounded on the table as I weeped. I just don't get any of this..

"I have my reasons. Maybe I'm just a lonely demon that wants a companion in Hell. We can even rule Hell together, what do you say?" He joked, mocking me.

"Don't screw with me, demon!" I roared at him, with watery eyes. I felt so terrified yet so mad. I shouldn't be afraid of this monster, if he wanted to kill me he would have already done it. But what is the real reason he is after me? I looked at him in the eye, I could already tell he was reading my thoughts with the smug expression he was displaying. "Please don't get angry, love. That's not a cute expression on you." The devil said, as he leaned forward to take a better look of me.

My butler came running into the dining hall, with toiletries in his hand. "Young master, are you alright? I heard you yelling!" Once again, as though as Sasuke Uchiha was not seated right in front of me, in plain view, it was obvious Iruka was not able to see him. I took a huge gulp of air and cracked a smile, "Everything is alright. I was just complaining to the maids about how tired I was."

"Smart move, let's not worry him any more than we already did." The devil agreed to my actions, grinning from ear to ear. I prerended to not hear him, in fact I absolutely ignored his entire existence.

"Ah, I see. Well, since you're almost done with breakfast, would you like me to walk you to bed?" Iruka smiled, I could see the eye bags and fine lines under his eyes. He was clearly tired, having so much to happen at once and getting poor sleep last night. "Yes please." I slowly get up and as I wiped my mouth clean with a napkin, I glanced over to the demon still grinning at me. He waved goodbye as Iruka and I exited the dining hall.

As the tired man tucked me into bed, I broke the silence. "I don't think it's a good idea to move."
"Why not? We should follow the words of the priest if we want to be safe." My confused butler questioned.
"He appeared to me again.. And told me he isn't attached to the house,"

Iruka's eyes widen.

".. But attached to me."
