3rd period is always a bore. Not only is it just after a nice relaxing break, it is the period that marks the longest time til the end of the school day. 1st and 2nd period doesn't count. You're too tired to care for the grueling day ahead of you and 4th period is just too close to the end. It's just an inconvenience especially at Nocens High, when the grueling day is intensified with boring classes with nothing to do. The unlunckiest of all is that Max and Aurelia have math as their third period, but unbeknownst to them, their afternoon was about to get even more interesting.
The classroom door slid open. By the door revealed a red head beauty. She strode into the room catching the eyes of all the men. The hungry eyes of the men followed the beauty to her final destination. A girl. "Aurelia Bennet?" she asked, voice stern.
"Yes?" said Aurelia looking up from her desk.
"I heard you are new here. My name is Aria Smith. As a member of the Scarlet Blossom Gang I welcome you to this school," said the girl now introduced as Aria.
"Gang?" questioned Aurelia.
"Yes. Students at Nocens High have formed what you can call gangs. There are currently numerous gangs at this school such as the Soul Searchers, the Excaliburs, Hell's Corpses and us, the Scarlet Blossom Gang. Students that don't belong to a gang are referred to as loners," informed Aria. Aurelia tried to hold back a laugh at the unfortunate title of gangless students. "The aim of the Scarlet Blossoms is to unite all the girls of the school, so I would like to ask you to join our gang," said Aria looking expectantly at Aurelia.
"Are you the leader?" asked Aurelia.
"No. I'm only the stand in. Our leader is currently at SpringLane academy. I think she is just finishing up on her hunt." Everyone involuntarily shivered at this. "So will you join us? You don't seem like a fighter to me. Our gang can protect you from these ravenous men. Our only rule is..." A pause.
"To share Jason Walker!" Aurelia blanked.
"Well in our gang, there are many girls who have fallen for the charm of Jason Walker, so to keep the gang together we all decided that none of us are allowed to date him, but instead share his good looks among the members," explained Aria, "so? what do you say?"
"I'm sorry I can't," rejected Aurelia.
Aria looked at her in shock, "What! Why?"
"It's just that I'm new and I don't know if-"
"Is it because of the Jason rule?" asked Aria.
"No! It's just that I'm not interested in-"
"Are you really against the rule that much?"
"Uh I don't really want to joi-"
"Does it really bother you that much?"
"I'm already in a gang!" exclaimed at Aurelia. A look of surprise formed on Aria's face.
"What? With who?" she asked. Aurelia, in her state of panic, grabbed the closest person who happened to sit behind her.
"With this guy!' she said.
"Max Chase? The loner?" asked Aria. Upon realising who she had blindly picked, Aurelia had the urge to stiffle a laugh. Once agiain the title, 'loner' found it's way into the conversation, but this time it was Max titled as the loner.
"Yes! We are called the help gang!" declared Aurelia. Max had no idea what was going on. He was minding his own business and suddenly found himself flipped over his desk beside Aurelia. Now, he felt as if daggers were being stabbed into him from Aria's glare. Max gulped.
