I walked outside to the crowded street. The smell from the pizzeria immediately met my nose and I got tempted, but I had to let it slip by. I started walking, checking my phone every minute to see if I was late.

Finally I arrived and lightly knocked at the red wooden door. The door opened and a friendly face showed. Peter smiled softly to me and stepped to the side, letting me walk by.

"Hi Peter!" I said and hugged my friend. "How are you?"

"Could've been better," he said and nodded towards the living room. "Thank you for helping me with this. I don't know what I would do without you."

I smiled and felt my cheeks turning warm.

"I want ice cream!" I heard a high voice yell from the living room. A girl.

"Me too!" A younger voice said. Probably a boy.

Peter and I entered the living room and the two girls looked confused up at me. How embarrassing. I thought the youngest was a boy. At least I didn't ask him.

"Who is she?" The eldest asked. She had braids in her hair and a big space between her front teeth.

"She's your girlfriend!" The little girl squealed and grabbed Peter's hand and caused him to dance with her. "Peter has a girlfriend! Peter has a girlfriend!" She sang.

Peter laughed nervously and yanked his hand out of the girl's grip.

"No I'm just here to help Peter making sure you two bandits are not doing any trouble!" I said teasingly as I tickled the eldest girl. "And I'm (Y/N)!"

She laughed causing her to fell backwards, onto the couch while struggling getting out of my grip.

"St-stop it!" She laughed. "Please!"

I chuckled and pulled my hands back. The little girl had made her way up to Peter's shoulders and had grabbed his hair with her tiny hands.

"That way horse!" She said and lightly kicked with her little feet on his chest.

He did as she said and was led into the kitchen. I grabbed the eldest girl and pulled her into my embrace. I walked behind them, following them to the kitchen where he put the girl down on the countertop.

"What would you like to eat Karen?" He asked.

"Ice cream!" The Karin said.

"No Karen, no ice cream before lunch."

The little girl got frustrated and twirled around so I had to put her down. She stomped all the way over to Peter and kicked on his leg.

"Could you not, Karen!" He yelled. "That's hurting me!"

"I don't care! I want ice cream! I'm gonna tell mom and dad when they come home!" She yelled.

I looked at Peter who looked hopelessly back at me.

"I just want some juice," the little girl said innocently. "And maybe some carrots."

"No stop, Sammy!" Karen hissed and jumped up and down hysterically. "They have to give us ice cream!"

"We don't have to do anything. I think it's great Sammy wants something healthy to eat," Peter said.

I was speechless. He was better with kids than I was which surprised me. I thought I was good with kids because I had been babysitting for over a year now, but seeing Peter educate these girls was.. wow..

"I Can decide myself!" Karen yelled.

"Clearly you can't," Peter said cold as he opened the fridge to find some juice and carrots.
