" Alright, everyone split into groups!" Naomi ordered.
Stretchers were coming in left and right.
"How could this spread so fast? What is this?!.." Gabe raised his voice
"It reminds me of Rosalia.." Tomoe began.
"And our kids have to deal with this?" CR asked.
"Not alone they don't." Naomi looked down and answered in a serious tone.

"Ugh, if we don't have enough data on this, we'll have to make it up as we go." Gabe growled.
"Affirmative Dr. Cunningham." RONI replied.
"Ah.. I kinda missed that ha ha!" Gabe smiled. "Alright RONI what's the situation here?"
"Positive chiral reactions and the problem area is usually the heart. Mysterious haze has also been added to the database." The machine replied.
"Hmm, well Tengetsu gave everyone a few viles each, so that should deal with that right?" Joshua asked.
"Correct." RONI replied.
"Alright then, what are we waiting for?" Gabe smiled. --------------------------
"The patients keep coming in left and right.." Alyssa sighed.
"Hey.. We can do this. Remember? I've dealt with something like this before but-" Naomi began.
"You didn't operate back then."
"Yes.. I haven't in years, but I know I have no choice now. Let's see if this old thing still works." She looks at her hand. -------------------------------------
"Another one already?" Kaiya felt lightheaded.
"Well, at least the treatments have been working. We can be proud of that." Tengetsu smiled.
"Right.." Kaiya looked down.
"We're doing this for Jay remember? And for everyone else now. These people need us."
".. You know it's funny, you used to be a total slacker with no experience but look at you now." Kaiya laughed.
"Hey, now's not the time for judgement.." He rubbed the back of his neck again. "Are we ready for the next patient?"
Kaiya nodded, and another stretcher was brought up to the table.---------
Resurgam was a complete mess. Stretchers moving back and forth, left and right. So many people needing to be treated from a still unknown disease. But somehow.. The doctors were making it through.
