First Day Of School

"Wake up Natalie,lazybones!" Mom went to my room."Five more minutes,"I whined."Breakfast is ready,"Mom said and put a tray on my stomach.I sat up and rubbed my eyes.Mom had whipped up my favorite pancakes with lots of butter and maple syrup.I went to take a cold shower.I shivered when the cold water touched my skin,but I didn't mind as it made me more refreshed and awake.After that, I brushed my teeth and ate breakfast quickly.I was nervous for the first day of school.I was going to Thomas University Medical School as being a doctor had always been my ambition.I dressed up formally like I usually do as I don't really care about my looks.Then, being fickle-minded,I decided to dress properly for it was my first day of school.Then, I headed to the car,where Mom was waiting .She drove me to my school everyday.When we reached,I headed to the school's entrance.My palms were sweating furiously like a pig.Out of the corner of my eye,I saw Natasha,or Nash for short form. We had been best friends since we were seven.Which was ten years.And I am seventeen this year.Anyway,I actually forgotten that we were going to the same school . We squealed and ran to hug each other."Long time no see,Nash!"I said."Yeah,Nats!"agreed Nash.We had never bothered visiting each other as we lived far away from each other.But this year,I was going to make sure we often see each other. We went to school,walking side by side.
