Chapter 18 - The End Is Only The Beggining

Elsa's P.O.V

"Dead" Anna said jokingly, We both laughed. But soon my smile faded, what if something goes wrong?

The guardians left, to see if there were any of Pitch's horses or other creatures planning to attack the us. "Pitch!

Where did he go?" I turned my head, searching the entire room. "I don't know, but we must find him!" Jack said getting is staff ready.

We left the basement, Kristoff and Anna tagging along. I stared at her, looking as if to say 'don't come with us'. "This is my fight too Elsa, he made me kill you!"

I rolled my eyes, all of us running towards the Grand Foyer. We came to a stop.

"Okay, whats the plan Elsa?" Kristoff asked. "Lets split up, Jack and I will search for Pitch on the 2nd floor. You and Anna get the guardians. Punzie and Eugene, help anyone who is injured. Everyone meet me on the 3rd floor once your done. Got it?" I said.

"Yep" Rapunzel nodded . Kristoff followed Anna outside, while Jack followed me upstairs. We checked every room on this floor.

"Have you got the snow globe?" I asked Jack. "Yeah" he pulled it out of the pocket on his hoodie. I sighed it relief.

We both stopped running, I was gasping for air. But jack was barely out of breath. "C'mon" Jack said pulling me along. "Hey! You were flying the whole way!" I crossed my arms.

I was startled by an evil laugh that echoed through the hallway.

I fearlessly stood forth, prepared for anything he throws at me. I started randomly shooting ice shards at the walls.

One eventually hit Pitch's leg, ice started creeping up it, making it impossible for him to walk.

"I got him!" My little moment of happiness stopped. "Uh oh" I turned around. A herd of nightmare sand animal things, filled the rest of the hall. All heading toward me!

"Jack look out!" He turned around, his eyes widened at what he saw. Jack flew up toward the chandelier.

Just as i was about to be crushed to death, I closed my eyes and used most of my strength to freeze the entire stampede.

I clicked my fingers and almost immediatley, every animal shattered.
I hugged jack tight, never wanting to let go. Pulled away and gazed into my eyes for what seemed like an eternity.

"Your getting stronger!" Anna said as Kristoff, Rapunzel, Eugene and all the guardians continued walking in. "You guys are so cute!" Tooth squealed.

"I don't mean to interrupt, lovebirds. But im still here!" Pitch stared at me, he lied weakly in the corner. "You weak, don't bother." Bunny scoffed.

"All these years, i have been after you, Jack Frost. Oh, and lets not forget about the rest of the guardians." Pitch tried to stand, I stood closer with my arms out, ready to aim at his heart.

"But now, I am after something else. You, Queen Elsa!" He stood up, and before he could say another word I hit his heart with all the power i had left. It was enough to save Arendelle.

Pitch's body was covered in ice, he was completely frozen. He took his last breath and for the first time in forever, everything is going to be okay.

There were cheers from the guardians echoing throughout the whole hallway.

I swirled my hands around, letting my magic drift throughout the entire palace. Everything went into its place, as if pitch never came to Arendelle.
We all raced outside to see the kingdom back to its beautiful self.

*Time Gap*

The sleigh took off into the luminous blue sky, there was not a cloud in sight.

Pitch lied frozen in the back of the sleigh, I stared at the horrifying look on his cold face. I couldn't bear to look any longer, but at the same time, I was proud that we defeated him.

Well, at least this should, i mean, WILL, be the last time i look at that ugly face.

We arrived in Burgess, Jack told me all about this place. It is actually a nice little town.

Snow, started to fall and softly land on the lush green grass. The lake in front of us, already was completely frozen.
North lifted the dead pitch out of the sleigh and placed him down next to the lake.

Rapunzel and all her family came over to Anna and I and hugged is tightly.

Aunt Corona was like a mother, she was there ever since my parents died. Tears started falling down my face, not sad ones, tears of happiness.

I walked over to Jack who did nothing but sat on the white grass and stare at the lake. "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah, there are just a lot of memories of my past life here.

I sat down next to him and put my head on his shoulder.

North broke into the ice and dropped Pitch into the lake. We all smiled, everyone was so happy. "I can't believe he's gone!" Jack stood up and looked down into the water.

All the guardians all approached me. "We couldn't have done it without you mate" Bunny said. "We thank you Elsa" Tooth said. Sandy simply shook my hand as a gesture of both goodbye and thank you.

"You coming?" Tooth asked Jack. "No, i think i might stay for a while." He smiled.

The guardians all piled into the sleigh. The bells on the reindeers jingled as they left. "Goodbye" we all shouted and waved, until the sleigh was only a dot in the sky.

Jack pulled me close unexpectedly, he kissed me as I wrapped my arms around his neck. Now that I come to think of it, these past few weeks were the best I have had in a long time.

I hope Jack and I to last for an eternity, continuing our story of Winter Love.

Eeeeep! I've Finished! Oh my God. Calm down Ieesha. Okay I'm Calm. Aaaahhhhh *runs around the house screaming*. Maybe a little to much?

Yeah... But still this is my first book, and its finished! 😃😜.

Please tell me that the last sentence thingy made sense. How did you like the book? (honestly). I will now be updating my other book more regularly now. Yay! ❤️
