Shadows Of Past

"I.. Ikutsuki?" I said, trembling.
"Its is quite a reunion, Minato. Do tell me who the girl is." He smiled, sadistically. I had my evoker in my holster. I reached for it and aimed for my head.
"Slow down now." He said.
"Let's talk this rationally." He sat down on the sofa. He addressed us to sit down as well. Minako was glaring towards Ikutsuki.
"What do want?" I asked. I glared just like Minako.
"You two have the same glare, just like twins." He giggled.
"Hey, answer the question." Minako spoke up.
"Hmm, very well then. I was asked to be taking care of you two starting today." Ikutsuki said.
"What!?" Both of is shouted. Certainly Igor said it was someone we knew, but Ikutsuki of all people. I heavily sighed.
"Now, now." Ikutsuki said.
"We should let the past be." He continued.
"What? After all you've done!?" Minako still glared daggers towards Ikutsuki.
"Yes, but we have important problems to face." Ikutsuki said. True. Between Nxy and this argument, we should be focusing on Nxy.
"So let bygones be bygones, huh?"
"Alright." I said. I was feeling a little tired. I looked towards Minako, she bit her lip out of frustration. I would do the same but, there is important things to do.
"Now then." Ikutsuki said, pointing towards the stairs.
"Since every room is vacant, you both can take the second floor."
"Ah, thanks." We stand up and headed towards the stairs to the second floor.
"Oh yes. What's your name, little lady?" Ikutsuki asked. I felt something strange. Shouldn't Ikutsuki know her? I mean if our dimensions were to cross then doesn't that mean... Wait.
"My name is Minako Arisato." She said. She walked after and under her breath.
"You can't remember the person who killed you." She whispered.
"Arisato? I thought you had no other family members." Ikutsuki said.
"Well, I'll explain tomorrow. I'm tired today." I then walked to the second floor and headed towards my room. It was an exact replica of the room of the dorm at Iwatodai. I sat my bags down and laid on the bed.
"What a tiring day." I said, closing my eyes.

"Ah, its already morning?" My alarm clock chimed. I woke up and yawned, still tired. I looked out the window. Its still night, just the moon is now... White. A normal coloured moon. I noticed I slept in my winter clothes and didn't bother to even change right now. I only have my school uniform anyway. Well that should be better than wet clothes.
"Well, whatever." I started to change into my Gekkoukan High uniform. I looked outside the window. There is more shadows than usual.
"I wonder why." I went out my room.
"I hope she's awake." I said. I knocked on her door three times. She didn't respond. I then tried opening the door but it was lock. I then picklock it until it open, thank god Aigis told me how she done it. The door opened to see a a brunette with auburn hair, sleeping gracefully. She was still in her wet winter clothes.
"Hah, she's alright." I sighed. The moonlight was lighting her face a little. She moved her body to the side. Her lips was scarlet red, her eyes looks relaxed and her face was saying 'Its peaceful'. She looked like a sleeping beauty. I...
"You've been staring for five minutes." A man said across the hall. I looked towards him. It was Ikutsuki. I gently closed the door and groaned.
"Now I remember why I resent you." I said.
"Well, is it my puns or something else?" He chuckled.
"I remember its both." I then walked past him and went downstairs towards the living room.
"That's rude." He followed suit.
"Shouldn't we have a small talk, about her and everything?" He pointed towards the sofa. He then went and sat and asked me to sit there as well.
"...Fine." I groaned. I sat down, facing Ikutsuki. Man, how I believed all he said. He was the most unsuspicious person to be an antagonist. Now, I feel a persona that wants to reap his soul, but I can't do that.
"Well, what do want me to explain?" I asked first.
"The girl." He said. I then explained about Minako, how she was from another dimension like me, who had been in the same cycle like me. Being a part of the Shadow Operatives, being a Wildcard and becoming the seal.
"Hmm, its just like your story." He said.
"I know." I chuckled a little.
"Well, that was a really long story. Now, shall I tell you about how the day and nights work here?" He said. I was a bit confused.
"I see you two are confused." He looked towards the stairs. I looked at the same direction he was facing and saw Minako, In her Gekkoukan High uniform.
"You're awake." I said.
"You two were making to much noiseee!" She groaned.
"Well, we are sorry. Would you like to join us?" He asked. Minako then quickly walked towards the sofa, and sat right beside me. She glared towards me. She might have heard me.
"U-um, sorry?" I whispered.
"I'm still pissed." She pouted.
"I'm really sorry."
"Its alright." She chuckled a little.
"Now, can you please explain how this world, realm or dimension even works?" She continued.
"Very well then. Time does exist in this world, but there is only darkness. The moon would change colour, depending if its morning or night." He said.
"Oh, that's why the moon was back to its original colour." I said.
"Yes. This world is, itself, a labyrinth. Unlike Tartarus, its a mixture of different worlds." Ikutsuki continued.
"I see.." Minako said.
"So you may find some places familiar. Even if its Tokyo, it has its own secrets." He continued.
"Then how do we find Nxy?" I asked.
"Well, that I do not know, but I would not let you harm Nxy." He continued.
"What do you mean?" Our hands at our holsters, ready to pull out our evokers.
"Its because he's the 'king' that would steer the world into a better place and I will be the ' prince' who does it." Ikutsuki said.
"Huh?"
"Well, I will help you but till the extent of escorting you to Nxy, not destroying Nxy." He smiled. Right, he's a crazy bastard. Why did I even trust him that time.
"Well, is that all?" Minako asked. I sighed and retracted my hand.
"Of course." Minako then groaned.
"I forgotten you're one crazy guy." She said.
"Well, I'm sorry. Now, how about some food. You guys haven't eaten yet have you?"
"Nope." Both of our stomach growled.
"Haha, twins do think alike." Ikutsuki chuckled.
"You do know we are not twins, right?" I said.
"Yes, I do, but you both have the same name. People might misunderstand and think you both are married." Ikutsuki said. Both of us blushed a little.
"Shut up!"
