The sky above New York seemed clear—perfect, on this fine day. Well, Almost perfect. It seemed as if the sky quickly turned grey, with a powerful and colorful beam of light disrupting the surface.

The once normal day has now been interrupted by a pair of gods, screaming at the top of their lungs as they were being ejected into the earth beneath them.

"Are you satisfied now, Brother?!" Thor shouted as he stood up from the painful crash landing they had just gone through.

"You blame me? You are the one who began to beat me to a pulp!" Loki shouted, he also began to stand up from his seated position in complete pain.

"Well maybe if you would have stopped with your mischievous wrong doings we would not have fought the way we did!" Thor shouted as he looked around the empty warehouse they've crashed into.

"Wrong doing? It was but a joke that you took too far!" Loki snapped, ignoring the pain that was still coursing through his body.

"Terrorizing a town of innocent people is no joke, Loki" Thor snapped back at the ignorant little brother he had crash landed on Midgard with.

"We can squabble about this all night long if we could but we can not for Midgardians will soon discover what the ruckus over here is" Loki said dusting off his Midgardian clothes. Thor did the same but sighed. "Unfortunately, You are right, come, I know where we can go" Thor said walking towards double doors of the warehouse that read EXIT in red letters.

"The doors are-"

Thor kicked open the doors breaking off whatever bounds had chained them together.

"Chained" Loki muttered, finishing his sentence that his brother had rudely interrupted.

The two brothers pulled over their hoods of their clothing then hurried out of the building then out of the rusting gates that were broken into most likely by vagabonds.

"Please do not tell me we are heading to your group of sorry excuses of heroes" Loki muttered at his brother. It had began to rain at this point, ironic for Thor was not able to control that this time.

"No matter what negative comments you have to say about them, they will provide you shelter, food in your stomach and clothes on your back. You be glad they are not like you, they would not leave you out in the rain" Thor shouted over his shoulder at Loki. Loki scoffed but kept quiet as to not anger Thor anymore.

It was a long walk, but the brothers managed to reach the Avengers Tower. The two stepped into the reception where Tony Stark's personal assistant was speaking to some of the receptionists when her eyes fell on the soaking wet brothers, "Thor?" She asked approaching the two.

"Miss Potts" Thor chuckled and embraced the red headed woman. Her eyes fell on Loki. "And you" She sneered But had a hint of humor behind her remark.

"What are you two doing soaked and dressed like.. well human" She chuckled.

Thor and Loki looked at each other, Loki shook his head at him. "We had some issues back at home, we are to stay in Midgard for a while, but we had no where to go to" Thor explained.

"Well you know that the doors are opened for you whenever" Pepper smiled then turned to Loki "well at least one of you. We'd have to see what Tony has to say about this one" she looked at Thor who nodded in agreement.

Loki rolled his eyes but before he can speak his own mind Tony beeped Pepper. "Perfect timing, follow me" pepper began to walk towards the elevator with the soaking brother's following close behind.
