Cancer 2= Female! Electabuzz (A Pokémon who asks a lot of questions)
Leo= Male! Meowstic (Idea by @Aishwr1, and they even wrote a reason why: "Because they both look like gentlemen, have psychic manipulation, and are both quiet until the time actually comes for them to scream.")
Virgo= Porygon-Z (He's a cray-cray Pokémon :3)
Libra= Jellicent (Either gender, and they're a jelly Pokémon :O)
Scorpio= Rotom (A shapeshifter [That includes electronic devices])
Sagittarius= Gengar (A dark Pokémon that usually comes during the night [obviously XD], does mind manipulation and could enter most of The Trainers' [maybe a few Pokémon's] dreams)
Capricorn= Palossand (A Pokémon that looks like a sandcastle... with a red paddle on their head X3)
Aquarius= Cloyster (After they evolved; a black pearl that has holes on its shells to shoot rays of light [to blind opponents])
Pisces= Mega! Charizard XXX (The final evolution of the fire Pokémon Charmander).
