Octavia wakes up, gasping, and tries getting to her feet but falls only for Damon to catch her.
"Hey, Hey, Hey. Octavia? Octavia. Look at me." Damon says, trying to have her focus on him.

Octavia looks at him and coughs.
"I'm in transition, aren't I?" She asks, weakly.
Damon gives her a sad look.
"My father?" Octavia asks.
"Yes, Octavia. I did. I'm sorry to taking your choice away. I couldn't bear the thought of losing you." Klaus says.
"Bella. I need to talk to Bella." Octavia says.
"You can't. Not like this. I'll tell her the half truth. That you were in an accident and you're recovering. That you're gonna stay here and we'll take care of you." Stefan says.
"Once you have your thirst under control, we'll take you back to Forks." Elijah says.
Octavia sighs.
"So am I a hybrid?" Octavia asks, sitting down.
"You are an Original Tribrid. The only of your kind. You tapped your magic a long time ago. When you did that spell with Bonnie as a joke. The person that was compelled to stand in the middle of the bridge died so you triggered your werewolf curse. Now that you have woken after dying with my blood in your system, you're a vampire. An Original vampire because I had it laced with something a witch gave me to ensure you are also an Original. You cannot die unless you have a white oak stake pierced into your heart." Klaus explains.
Octavia took a second to digest all of this.
"So I have to complete the transition... and face my first turning..." Octavia says.
"I will be there, Octavia. Right there." Klaus says.
Octavia nods.
"I don't know how I'm gonna tell Bella all of this. She's my little sister. I've always been there. We've done everything together." Octavia says.
"We'll figure it out. We will tell her whatever we have to. She cannot come to Mystic Falls and you can't go to Forks. Not for a couple months at least. You need to learn control." Stefan says.
Octavia nods.
She looks around the room and noticed how much more clearer everything was.
"So this is what Jasper was talking about." Octavia mutters, walking around.
She looked at and took in every detail. She also noticed how much she missed Jasper even more than she ever did.
More information ringed a bell.

Her love and longing for Jasper was already huge as a human. As an immortal, it grew even more.
Octavia vowed to get herself under control and get to Bella and Jasper.
She may be upset with Jasper but she loves him with all her heart.
