The day had gone by in a blur, and Kim Taehyung had been more aware of his surroundings.

He had found out that the Areum girl had been in half of his classes. So it was a bit of a surprise when he saw her in his class, sitting next to Namjoon.

In front of other people, it was hard to see that she was blind. Seeing as she looked at the person in front of her.

She walked normally, not bumping into things. He saw the way her little wrist band would unnoticeably vibrate if an object was about 3 ft. from her.

She was kind, smiled at everyone who greeted her. When she smiled, he found that the corner of his lips were twitching upward as well.

So he decided to approach her in science class, since she didn't have a partner. He sat next to her as she fiddled with her fingers, probably feeling the person beside her.

"Hey."

I greeted her, my voice unconsciously becoming deeper.

"Oh, hello. We meet again, sunbaenim."

"Drop the honorifics, please. Call me Taehyung." I told her as her eyes fixed on me. Dull grey eyes, it looked normal really.

"Okay, Taehyung. You can call me Rei." She smiled, making me have the urge to smile back.

"Call me Tae then."

It was a joy for the two in class. They talked about random things, from what flowers smell like to their favorite things to do.

Taehyung undeniably smiled all throughout, as he teased the girl when she would laugh too loud. And denied it when she would say that his laugh was beautiful.

The day ended with him sitting next to her in all their shared classes.

And for once, he didn't mind the warm feeling that spread throughout his chest.
