The Highschool Pe Class Football Game

Susan was a mass of air and bone. She was apart of the school dance class, which was not at all dancing. Instead they had been ordered to walk around the track. As she had completed her impossible task of using her nonlimbs, she sat down amongst the frying bodies in the bleachers under the 10000 celcius weather. She had a breathtaking view: freshman yelling and horribly playing football. Susan then suddenly heard a godly voice. Twas a young man, singing in like of ELO (Elctric Light Orchestra). Shocked, she sincopated into the purest form of light. Looking on, she murmured, "Christ" as the boy began to sway clumsily side to side and clap his hands. With each clap, another player fell. Down went the establishment, long hailed for its rigorous course of frying humans in an outdoor sauna. The young man sung on, oblivous to the cries of his teammates, who were begging him to actually play for once. Then, it happened. Kid #9 and the ball were suddenly catapulted into the sky. Kid #9's upward fall landed him into a giant portal that had come to watch the game. Kid #9 was teansported into The Void and was never heard from again (although he was seen later on at a Subway). The young man, whilst chanting his rhythmic tunes, then sprinted for the ball, shooting up into the sky. His dancing and singing had evidently proven to be a ritual, long forgotten by the gods of old, of the Eldergods of the 80s. His singing magnified his left pinky, and it was with this that he reached out for the ball. His brothern yelled out in cracked voices as the girls did not pay attention. The boy missed. As punishment, he was sent flying down, tumbling across the sharp blades of grass, his pikachu lifejacket just managing to protect him.

As Susan watched the scene unfold, she looked over to the girl on her left. Her class was notorious for accepting only the most gifted of yaoi artists. The girl to her left was no acception. She masterfully sketched out her creation, basking under the sun, seemingly absorbing its energy and transferring it into her work. Susan turned her attention back to the game. The freshman was out of control. Now, he was singing Footloose. "How could he possibly know of the ancient lores of history?", Susan said out loud in her mind. She suddenly felt the need to accompany the boy-man in song, but some sort of force kept her silent. She realized that to sing along meant certain death. He, and he alone, must carry the burden. The freshman sang in merriment, and the swaying and clapping got more intense. He then yelled out the lyrics:
(clap, clap)
FOOTLOOSE
(clap)
FooTLoOse
KICK OFF YOUR SUNDAY (clap) SHOES
(clap)
PWEASE
(clap)
LOUISE
NANANA BEFORE YOU LEAVE
(clap, clap, clap)
jack, geT bAcK
COmE onN beFoRe we CRack
(big clap)
LOOSE
fOT LOSE

At this the young sir's body burst into millions of particles, each one reflecting the sunlight into the morning dew that lay on the jaggedly cut grass. His memory lives on in the heart of highschool PE football. He will forever be accepted as the world's most talented and selfless piece of mass with questionable singing skills. On that day, whilst doing nothing for dance, Susan realized that true friendship is found within. This young man had found the key to life inside his clavicle bone and had used that key to unlock his Eldergod powers, as well as the power of friendship with oneself. Susan took a moment of rememberance and the freshman's dismembered body took itself to the locker room. His body may still be here with us in the form of particles, but it was his
soul, that has touched the hearts of millions.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is based on an event I witnessed while in dance class during junior year. We went around the track a few times and then I sat down on the bleachers next to this girl who was drawing the most scandalous of yaoi. But the cherry on top was this one freshman who was SHOUTING the flippin lyrics to 80s songs and clapping and swaying (an attempt at dancing??) in a very awkward manner. It was like blowing my mind how no one seemed to notice, but here was this young man who was reeling out these songs. It was quite the relaxing experience actually to just kick back on the bUrNiNg bleachers and watch a live performance.
