Today's post, is for all my fellows in the Narutoverse.
I love the series and I love the character!
Growing up, Naruto and cigarettes and drinking, (funny enough) were what kept me on the 'Sane-And-Narrow-Road.
Naruto came into my life at a point when depression and anxiety and hopelessness were eating me alive. It gave me a choice:
Decide your path! Despair and die, or fight, survive and still die.
What made Naruto awesome for me was, it showed that, even though you fight, struggle, you still might not get what you want. Your side of the battle might still lose. Good doesn't always win. Strength and determination does.
Naruto didn't teach me to believe in myself, it taught me to believe in others and to understand that they're not perfect, the will fail me sometimes, but no matter howany times they break my heart, I shouldn't stop fighting for them.
Naruto showed me that, there're bonds that surpass family and friends. And only by tears and blood and sacrifice, can you express such love.
For me, Naruto showed the life of Christ better than any show ever done before or after.
And for that, I'll always be grateful to God and Masashi Kishimoto for creating this series.
