Kujo Tenn x F!Reader

This is supposed to be a two part series, but I might make it 3 parts...

This honestly seems less like a Tenn x Reader and more like a Riku x Reader hehe...

Middle school flew by and soon you and Riku found yourself in the tail end of high school. It was a bit hard adjusting to life without Tenn, but you had grown used to it. Riku still had a hard time moving on, and you could see why. Tenn was his older brother, while he was just your best friend.

You and Riku where walking to school. It was a sunny day, making it perfect weather to commute, despite having to pass through the downtown area. You liked walking with Riku, it was always fun when you could. He had grown stronger since middle school, and was no longer the frail little boy you once smothered. You two had your usual walking to school conversation, you asking if he did his homework or if he took his medicine. He would tell you a lie about his homework and then correct himself when you would glare at him.

"(Y/N)-chan will you let me copy? Please!" Riku begged.

"Fine, but Riku-chan this is the la-" you stopped dead in your tracks when you saw a billboard out of the corner of your eyes. It looked like it was a promotional add for a new idol group. You didn't want to believe what you had seen. You physically could not believe it. You would recognize those white-pink locks and rose colored eyes anywhere.

"(Y/N)-chan?" Riku asked. You gripped the straps of your school bag, knuckles turning white. Riku looked over at the board you were looking at. Riku sucked in a breath of air as he looked at almost seductive image of his older twin brother with two strangers.

"Tenn-nii?" Riku asked in a soft voice. Your eyebrows furrowed, and grabbed Riku by the arm.

"Let's go Riku-chan." You pulled the boy away, not able to get rid of the image of Tenn out of your head. He abandoned his friends and family for this? To become an idol? To be marketed to weird, anime obsessed otaku's? You prayed that 'TRIGGER' or whatever wouldn't become popular so you wouldn't have to see him everywhere. But your hopes would probably would not become a reality. All three of them were pretty handsome, and at first glance that one with silver hair looked cool. They were all probably jerks anyway, just like everyone else in the entertainment industry.

When you walked into your classroom, your friends where buzzing with excitement. You walked over to your group with Riku right behind you.

"What's going on?" You asked.

"(N/N)-chan you like Idols right?" One of your friends, Yui, asked.

"Duh, Re:vale for life!" You've been a massive fan of Re:vale since their debut. There was no denying how handsome Yuki was and Momo was like the older brother you always wanted. Plus their songs were amazing! You once listened to Silver Sky on repeat for 30 hours. You had it memorized and sung it with Riku whenever you went to karaoke.

"Check it out, a new Idol group announced their debut last night!" Yui handed you her phone with a Twitter article open. You took the phone in your hand and Riku looked over your shoulder, clearly interested as well. Your breath hitched when you saw the article, and so did Riku's. The image attached to the article featured the same image on the billboard that you saw this morning.

New Breakout Idol Group TRIGGER Takes The Stage With DIAMOND FUSION!

"Kujo Tenn." Your voice was barely above a whisper. So his name was 'Kujo Tenn' now?

"Isn't he cute?" Another one of your friends asked.

"Tenn-kun is cute but I like Ryunosuke-kun more." Yui added. "What do you think (Y/N)-chan, Nanase-kun? You wanna watch the MV?" There would be no doubt that Yui had watched the MV 20+ times already. She was the exact same way when NO_MAD debuted last year. You'll grow to miss hearing her fangirl over Inumaru Touma. You quite liked him as well.

"No thanks." You handed Yui back her phone. "Come on Riku-chan, let's head over to our seats." You guided Riku away from your pack of friends. If you didn't know Tenn before he left, you probably would be ecstatic about TRIGGER. They all looked so cool! Yaotome Gaku looked like someone who would sweep any girl off her feet in a romantic night of passion. You wouldn't be surprised if he was voted Number One Most Desired Embrace by the end of the year. You sat down at your desk and placed your head on the wooden surface. You didn't want to admit that you had missed Tenn. You could feel all the feelings that you had thought you surpassed and moved on from where coming back. Just one look at those beautiful rose eyes and your heart skipped a beat. He grew so much, it was almost hard to recognise him, but he still looked so much like Riku. His eyes grew sharper with age while Riku's grew wider, softer.

"(Y/N)-chan?" Riku asked, placing his hand on your back. "You okay?"

"No Riku-chan. I'm not." You sat up and grabbed your homework for Riku to copy off of. You handed him the notebook without making eye contact. Riku hesitantly took the book from your hands and brought out his school work. He would have to pay extra attention in class today to make sure you would have proper notes to study and copy off of. You did so much to help him over the past years since Tenn had left. He thought very highly of you, like you where his big sister. He almost thought he could replace all of his memories of Tenn with you. You were the one who would visit him in the hospital everyday after school, you would make tiny snowmen to place on the windowsill outside his room in the winter when he longed to play in the snow. That you would sing and dance around in his parents club room when the other kids were playing outside on a warm summer's day.

But he knew that just wasn't true. You would walk into his hospital room right behind Tenn every other day. You'd help Tenn decorate the snowmen instead of making them all yourself. You'd sit next to Riku and watch Tenn sing your favorite songs, and dance his own choreography. A dance he made for the both of you. Riku could never forget the way you would light up when Tenn sang your favorite Zero song. You would sing and clap along from your seat next to Riku. Tenn would look at you and smile like you were the only person in the whole world that matters, and then direct that smile to Riku and ask what he wanted to hear next.

Sometimes Riku wondered if you liked Tenn more than him when he was still here. Tenn was around far more than he was. In his mind, it only made sense that you would prefer the older, healthier twin. The one who could always be around, unlike him.

When the teacher walked into the classroom, Riku made up his mind. He'd audition to every single nearby agency and audition to become an Idol. He'd find Tenn and find out why he left, for both your sake and his. He'd walk to the ends of the earth to make you happy.
