Chapter Fourteen

Me: Anyone able to eat lunch today?

Maya: I have a photo shoot all day today, sorry

Callie: I work today, sorry! Maybe tomorrow

Brooklyn: Maybe I might have to work today too.

Grace: Sorry have to be at the studio.

Me: Oh okay.... Maybe tomorrow....

I sigh and set my phone down on my bed. I get up do my morning routine and get dressed. I do a little bit of makeup and go to the kitchen to find something to eat. I end up grabbing an apple and getting on snap.

Me: Everyone's busy today ugh! Brens going to hang out with Colby and the girls are busy. I couldn't sleep last night either I got like 3 hours of sleep.

I finish my apple, throw it away and go to Brennens room to see he isn't there. He must've already left. I walk back into my room grab my hoodie and my keys. I walk to the kitchen, grab my phone ans walk out the house. I lock the door realizing its only 8:49.

I walk to my car and get in. I get the AUX cord and play some of Brens music and drive to McDonald's.

I got some breakfast and went to Starbucks to get a mocha. I decide to just drive around and eat. I play Blackbear and sing along and decide I could call Elton. I grab my phone and go to my contacts I glance at the road then back at my phone I find Eltons number amd press the call button.

Ring.....ring....

Ring....ring.....

Rin-

'Whats up Maggie?'

"Sup Elton. When are you doing an overnight?"

'uh we're doing on tonight. Colby, Sam, and I. Why?'

"I'm doing nothing because the girls are busy and Brennens going to a party tonight. You mind if I tag along?"

'Thats fine! The more the better. I'll invite Jake too. Are you sure you can? How's you leg?'

"Thank Elton, and thatd be great. My legs not hurting to bad." I said turning right, going wherever.

'Thats good. I can tell you like Jake, Maggie. That's why I'm inviting him. So you won't be to scared. I heard what happened last night.'

"Yeah, well Colby helped me so I mean I guess I'm fine. So where are we going?"

'An abandoned mall. Wear all black. We have to climb a parking thingy then find out way in.'

"Will do. Thanks for letting me tag along."

'No problem. Be at the trap house before 4 because it's an hour drive.'

"Okay I will. Bye!"

'Okay, bye!'

I hang up the phone and turn up my music. I finish my coffee and look at the time to see it's been three hours. It's one and I don't even know where I am. I park and grab my phone. I go on Google maps and type in the address for the trap house. I'm about an hour and a half away so I need to hurry. I start my trip to the trap house while jamming out to my music.

I walk in the house and take my shoes off. It's 2:56 almost three. I walk up the stairs and into Colby's room to see him editing. I walk up being him and cover his eyes. I do my best man voice and say.

"Guess who."

"Uh, Brennen?" He said causing me to laugh.

"Nope" I say in my man voice again.

"Maggie." He said. I uncovered his eyes and he turned around. We hugged and he smiled.

"Did you sleep last night?" I asked him.

"Like 5 hours."

"Like 3 or 4." I said. "Oh I'm going with you guys to the mall tonight and Elton said he's gonna invite Jake."

"Alright." Colby said. I pull my phone out as Colby turns around to finish editing.

Jakey: Dang.

Jakey: Elton invited me to the overnight tonight. He said you're going.

Me: Indeed I am.

Jakey: It's 3:02 we're leaving sooooooooon. I'm excited.

Me: Sameeeeeee

I lock my phone and get up and walk out Colby's room, closing the door. I walk to Jake's room and knock. I run to hide. He opens his door and looks around then closes it. I continue until I don't hide in time and he catches me. I laugh and he smiles.

"Really?"

"Really." I say smiling.

"I'm here for you bitches!" I hear Elton yell.

"Beat you downstairs." I say running. I run downstairs with Jake right behind me. I make it down before Jake and he frowns.

"You big baby." Elton says as I walk over to him and hug him.

"I know he is." I say. Elton smiles as Jake goes to hug him. Then Sam and Colby come running down the stairs. I go slip on my shoes as they all say hi.

"I'mma go grab my hoodie." I say walking outside. I lean in my car and grab my hoodie. I lock my car and the boys walk out.

"Let's go."

We have to climb that then find an entrance." Elton said. I nodded and we were off for an eventful night.
