KIMBERLY SATdown in winchester's office the next day after school as told, eyes tired from mostly freaking out last night
she had been on the phone with diana the whole time
"so you love him? i called it!"
"i'm scared, diana. i didn't even feel this way about trayvon—"
"girl fuck trayvon, ever since he started piping xariana, he thinks he can't be friends with females no more." diana sucks her teeth
"'i cAn'T hANg oUt witCHa lIke thaT nO mOrE!' headass." diana takes a deep breath, trying to calm down while kim laughed a little
"i'm really worried about him though. but i'm more worried about this goddamn feeling." kim groans "it feels like i'm dying,"
diana starts cracking up, "that's love i guess."
well then i hate it.
she didn't like feeling this way. at all.
her principal sat down in front of her, the wooden desk between them. when winchester cleared her throat, kim's eyes snap up from her daze. winchester smiles brightly.
"hello kimberly, thank you for coming." "you told me to." winchester's smile falters. "y-yeah well, you've could've just ignored me" kim stares, aloof. "and risk you calling or emailing my mother? no thanks, i'd like to stay alive." kim crosses her arms. "so what's wrong, ma'am?"
"oh well n-nothing really, just wanted to ask you a personal question" kim raises her eyebrow, bored.
"when you, georgia and i were speaking yesterday, you seemed to be talking to someone else even though there was no one else in the room at the time. it's just to feed my curiosity, miss yates, i would just like to know." her principal tried to play it casual, but her eyes told a different story.
she looks desperate, kim thought.
"it's silly i know, but i can't seem to get my mind off it. in fact, it's kind of all i've thought about since it happened." principal winchester chuckles nervously before biting her lip. she looked at kim with sanguine "i hope you tell me."
kim blinked slowly as she battled with her choices. should she lie, get this over with and underplay the whole entire thing or tell the truth—would winchester even believe her?
