Chapter 2: I'm sorry

"Ms. Niroka please come up here and show them your quirk." Aizawa~Sensei asks

"M-My quirk?" I looked up even redder than before

"C-Can we do it outside... I-I don't want to break anything" I whispered

~Outside~

"U-Uh can I have an opponent?"

"Sure, how about... Bakugou." Aizawa~Sensei says

I nod in excitement to beating Bakugou in this match to show him who's boss

"Hehehe! This'll be FUN!"

"What do you mean by that dork!?"

I look over to see Tamaki watching the match

"Time to go FULL PSYCHO HAHAHA!"

I Instantly reincarnate as a water dragon and I push my body away to Ochako

"Ready?"

"JUST BECAUSE YOUR A DRAGON DOESNT MEAN I WON'T KICK YOUR ASS!!!"

I fly upwards to shoot down at Bakugou before he uses and explosion to jump upwards

"You've made me angry Bakugou now I'll end you like I did my father..."

Katsuki falls backwards onto the ground and I shoot him with ice

"Whoa..."

"What did she mean by that?"

"She killed her dad?"

"She's cool"

I change back into my normal form to see the dragon melt onto Katsuki soaking him in water

"W-Who won?"

Everyone stays quiet and starts to stare at me with confused and scared looks

"Why a-are you staring a-at me like that?" I ran to hide behind Tamaki and grabbed his hand

"You killed your father?" Izuku asks

I started to cry when he asked that question, I ran off to one while Tamaki followed

"I shouldn't have done that...."

"My first day and everyone already hates me..."

"W-Wait!" Tamaki yelled

"Y-Yes?" You said while brushing off your face

He stood there rubbing his neck quietly and then pulled me in for a hug and of course I hugged him back

"Tell everyone... W-when your ready... No one hates you..." He said shyly while blushing

"Thank you..!"

You were then being carried bridal style back on your way to class which was embarrassing because you were both blushing and everyone stood there smiling when you walked in class

"Thank you for bringing her back, Amajiki." Aizawa~Sensei said

He said nothing place you down and whispered in your ear

"I'll be in front of the school hate to walk you home, shortie."

Of course being called short made you furious because you took that as an insult

"I-I'M not short!" You cried out

"Sure..." He left the room to who knows where

~After school is over~

You walk out the class and you feel Izuku run up to you

"I-Im so sorry, Adaline! I shouldn't have questioned!" Izuku yelled

"I-Its alright, really Midoriya!"

You smiled at him with a beautiful vibrant glow to it and he smiled back at you while running home

You notice Tamaki waiting by the fence of the school

He really waited for me...?

"A-Amajiki!" You yelled

He turned to you and smiling brightly while waving at you. Just the way he did everything made you smile

He looks so perfect with his elf ears and his perfect smile... Wait what am I thinking! I just met him!

"Y-You really came, wanna go t-to the cafe?" He asked politely

"Yeah! I love the cafe!"

He picked you up once again and as soon as you got to the cafe you noticed Katsuki sitting down with Kirishima

As soon as Kirishima and Tamaki left to order the stuff Katsuki walked up to you without showing anger... For once

"You're pretty strong Adaline." He said, "Why don't you ditch that loser animal lover and come hang out with me?"

"N-No thanks, K-Katsuki..." You said politely trying not to anger him

He grabbed your arm and began to whisper in your ear. Tamaki walked back over seeing you as the uncomfortable introvert you are, immediately ran towards you

"L-Leave her alone!" He yelled

Katsuki let go of you and turned around anger fueled at Tamaki

"No thanks... I'd prefer if I'd have her to myself." Katsuki implied

You look up at Katsuki, remembering all the terrible things your father had done to you... A tear fell down your face as you watched the two of them argued

"S-Stop.."

They both looked at you seeing as your were crying. Tamaki ran over to you pushing him out of the way to home your hand

"You ok, Adaline?" He asked

"I-I..."

Tamaki pulled you out of the cafe and into an alley way that wasn't dark so you wouldn't get scared

"Tell me what happened." Tamaki said while pinning you to the wall

"A-Amajiki... I'll tell you but can you please let me go...?"

He moved out of the way and allowed you to move around freely

"W-Well... Before I got my quirk my father was loving but he had always hated heroes... Even though my mother was a hero... And as soon as I had received my quirk my mother wasn't home to help so he took advantage of his timing and took me away from my home, he abused, tortured, starved, and eventually tried killing me... But as you can see I can go into a killing frenzy and kill whoever is threatening me... So I killed my own father even though ALL of the scars scattered around my body reminds me of him..."

"I'm sorry, Adaline..."
