In Tel' Dorae magic is abundant, it flows through everything even if only a small amount, humans learn from a young age how to harness that magic, the best way to do that? the Vallenfall academe, having taught some of the strongest and wisest magicians, swordsmen and swords-women in history.

There are Six elements that make up the magics of the world, being fire, earth, wind, water and the two rare magics darkness and celestial, though there are ways to use magic in its pure form to do things such as teleportation and enchanting items, but if used without the proper practice it can overcome you, turning you into a power hungry beast that the worlds inhabitants call daemons, ruthless killers with no sense of reason or purpose other than to kill.

"So this is the academe huh?" Standing at the entrance of the academe, a man with short messy white hair with a bored expression on his face looked over the massive building and the board set up outside. upon approaching he read the names until he found his own, Kazuya Lairt. Reading were he needed to go he tried to make his way to the main hall but couldn't quite make out the map. "dang it, i think i'm lost.. maybe i can ask som-" before he cold finish his sentence he felt something bump into him. "OOF!". He looked down and saw a girl with long light blue hair with matching eyes wearing a fancy white blouse and tight fitting black black pants. "I'm so sorry! i wasn't watching where i was walking! i just get so focused on things sometimes i'm so sorry!" The girl practically yelled her apology. Reaching down he offered a hand to help her up. "it's alright i wasn't watching where i was walking ether, actually, i was about to see if someone knew how to get to the main hall where we are supposed to be welcomed and taken to our exam".

Taking the offered hand she stood up with Kazuyas help and wiped her pants off as she put on a smile. "i'm also taking the entrance exam with my sister, but we got separated on the way, i can take you if you'd like?". "I'd appreciate that, thanks, my names Kazuya by the way". noticing they were still holding onto one anothers hand they both rapidly pulled their hands away rubbing the backs of their heads with a tint of red to their cheeks. "I-I i'm Sialia, pleasure to meet you Kazuya". Now taking a good look at Sialia he began to see she was actually quite beautiful, more so than any girl from his hometown. "u-um, Shall we go now?" she asked as she began to walk slowly at first but at a normal pace once he began to follow.

Once in the main hall Sialia ran toward an orange haired girl with a monotone expression, nothing like Sialias, "no way would that be her sister, way to different". After chatting quickly Sialia ran back over to Kazuya with the other girl in tow and pointed to her. "This is my sister, Ora" "Hello, As Sialia said i'm Ora" she said with a blank uninterested looking face. "um.. Hello, nice to meet you". "Likewise, i guess". "Right," Kazuya pulled Sialia aside from her sister for a moment surprising her slightly. "Is she always like this?", "heh.. mostly, she feels emotion, she just doesn't show it is all". As she finished saying this the chatter in the huge hall died down in an instant and people made their ways to the seats seeing a man tall blonde man in a suit walk onto the stage and take his place at the pedestal. clearing his throat he spoke up. "Welcome to vallenfall academe, the greatest magic, fighting and utility academe in all of Tel' Dorae, if you pass the entrance exam you'll learn to harness the magic all around us and become strong adventures, powerful heroes, and/or creators of fine magical artifacts, the choice will be yours and yours alone but only if you manage to pass our written and physical exam, i wish you all the best of luck and we will see the new students back here after".

while walking off the stage teachers began to huddle people into groups and take them away to separate classrooms. soon Kazuya found himself in a room with Sialia which made him glad, Ora, a man with black hair and his legs on the table dressed in a fine jacket with black pants, another white haired man with his elbows on the table and hands together with a smile on his face who turned causing Kazuya to notice that while one eye was green the other was red, he wore a white long sleeved shirt with grey pants, next to him was a brunette short girl fumbling with her hands looking nervous wearing a long brown and white dress, lastly on the end of the table was a red haired man wearing fancy red shirt with yellow trimming as decoration looking forward with a determined look on his face but also a slight smile. a teacher walked past them all placing papers down. "You have one hour, make the time count, good luck".

"Now that your written tests are done can you please follow me". The teacher exited the room with the group in tow. making their way outside they saw a large blank field with other potential students crowding around it, two people stood in the center fighting one with a spear and the other with a sword, they used magic but it was only small flames here and there and some gusts of wind. "Wait so we have to fight for the piratical?". "If you can't beat a human in combat you won't last outside the walls in the dark territories". the two fighting finished with the spear user winning holding the blade at the sword users throat who was on the ground.

"Next we have Alexander van frew against Jeremy bradly". The red haired man who was in the same group as Kazuya stepped forward, people moving out of his way some whispering about him and others cheering his name. "He some kinda celebrity?" he asked Sialia. "You don't even know Alexander? can tell you're not from the kingdom". Ora said with her monotone voice. "He's the son of the captain of the royal guard, the Van frew name is well known all over the kingdom, but titles don't hold any weight in the academe as is royal decree, it's all about ones skill here which is part of the reason it's the best school to attend, you could come from a poor upbringing and become a hero if your strong enough, plus i heard he hates special treatment due to his fathers standing". "guess we'll see if he has his fathers skills". said the teacher who was close by.

Alexander and Jeremy both walked onto the field. "don't think ill go easy just cause you're the son of the captain of the royal guard." with a smile and offering a hand Alexander spoke. "i look forward to seeing who's the better fighter". drawing sword the men held them at their sides. "AND.. START!".
