And reserving enough energy for when I need to push because hopefully the birth don't be that long I even ask to be in the water birthing room with music because I see that I do well with water and music and it seems like the nurses didn't mind it's relaxing listening to music and having the water there and letting it run

And that's what I want for my birthing process a natural birth with no medication and music water and my husband but of course he wanted to be in the room with me

It's rich and demanded to be in the room with me as I give birth it's our first child so of course I understand I close my eyes and drift off to sleep again
