Final chapter

I was waiting by the waterfall in the west end cloud. DarkPit told me to wait here. I was nervous I don't even know why I'm nervous.

"Y/n?"

My heart raced as I turned around. I giggled as I saw the handsome DarkPit in a black dating suit." Well don't you look like you are going on a date!" I teased him.

"Haha it was Pits idea. I didn't want to do it I thought it was stupid."

"Of course you did." I got up and nudged him. He was a bit red in the face.

"So uh it's a beautiful night right?"

"It is, I also am thinking you are up to something."

"Well would you like to find out?"

He out his hand. I smiled and took it."Yes I would." He brought me to a table with rose peddles and candles. Music started to play. I looked to my left. Pit was there playing a CD player. I laughed and shook my head." You really got Pit in this?"

"Of course I want this to be perfect."

He took out a chair for me. I sat down and so did he. Pit then dropped his music and raced to us.

"Good evening you two love birds! What may I get you!"

I laughed as Pit pretended to be a butler. Then I realized he said us as lovers." Pit you know-"

"Well Lady Y/n what would you like? We have chocolate and sweets! That we can get hidden away! Also we have some hamburgers!"

"Let me guess Lady Palutena is the cook?"

"Why yes she is!"

"I will have some hamburgers then and supirse me with the sweet." DarkPit pulled Pit up close. He looked so embarrassed. I rested my head on my hands. I was just admiring him. Pit saw me and smiled. He singled DarkPit I was starring. I cleared my throat and looked away. Pit walked away and wished me luck.

"Sorry about that. That didn't go as planned..."

"So you did plan this?" My heart was beating and I had a strong urge to kiss him. Is it the moonlight stars? This moment?

"Yea but you know Pit he likes to twist some things around."

"Oh yes and how he always ruins your moments, but now I see he is helping you with this moment now."

"Yea Pit Stain messes up a lot but I Some how tolerate him. There is something... Something I need to tell you.

"What is it?" I looked at him as he searched for words. He took a large breath in and let it all out.

"For once I am choking on my words. You are the only one who can do that."

"Well I feel honored then."

"You should, as it is you are special in many ways."

"Oh yea how?"

"Let's see you came from no where. You had a outlook like me and understood me. You don't let others take control of you. You have a gold heart and beautiful eyes."

My heart fluttered he thinks I have beautiful eyes?

"Remember when he first met? I said I'll never say you were a beautiful angel?"

"Yea as I said you weren't handsome?"

"Yea well I lied, to me you are beautiful inside and out."

"Well I lied as well DarkPit... I... I always thought of you as handsome and attractive inside and out." We were both blushing.

"Y/n you know what? let's  go for a flight shall we?"

His wings grew and he started to fly. I flew beside him grinning ear to ear." What about the food?"

"Don't worry I am sure Pit will just eat it."

DarkPit said as he took my hand. We flew threw the night sky. We were laughing and enjoying everything together. Finally we slowed down to a stop. The moon right beside us. I looked into his eyes and found my home.

He had a bright smile and put my hair back. He rested his hand on my chin.

"Now that Pit won't be bothering us... Y/n, flying here right now. It's the perfect time to say it. I don't know if you feel the same but... I love you Y/n I will always love you and you will always have a place in my heart."

As he said that his lips met mine. The kiss was filled with love and passion. His other arm grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him. We stopped kissing for a second. I looked into his eyes, I put my hand on his cheek." DarkPit I love you too."

With that we kissed one more time. Once we stopped we laughed and fell from the sky. Once we went to the ground we flew up again and raced each other back to Palutena's. That whole night was a night to remember. I found my family a home and my lover.
