The New Beginning (Sparity)

Ch.12

-Spike's POV-
We kept walking for awhile until Mom decided that we should rest for awhile. It's a good thing she brought some food and all the other stuff we need. She each gave us a sandwich. It has cheese and ham on it. We ate them. We have tents with us since going to Coruscant is a long walk and not getting sleep is bad for our health. It's night time, so we should sleep. But before I could sleep, I walked to the forest that we saw with a water reflecting over. It was simply beautiful because of the moon reflecting it. I heard hooves and I felt a bit the same feeling I keep getting. I remember Auntie Crescentia's words.

"When you have a bond of a friend, a lover, or anything like that, you can feel them and know what's on their mind. Even you and I have a bond. You're my favorite Dragon." That is what she said to me in the afternoon. I already know which mare it is.

"Beautiful fountain, isn't it?" She said, smiling at fountain's beauty of moon.

"Yeah, it is." I said, smiling too. It soon faded as my expression turned into an angry look. She notice this.

"You're thinking of taking him on? Aren't you, Spikey?"

"He murdered my family. He shouldn't be alive. Ya know, Mom and my aunts told me about the Jedi Code. That you shouldn't kill anyone unless their armed or there is no choice. Well, he's certainly too dangerous to be left alive."

"Spike, I know what's that like." She looked at me now. I looked at her back. "But revenge will only make things worse." I sighed and she did have a point. It'll only make things worse if I allow that to happen.

"Yeah. You're right, Rar-Rar." She shook her head fast as if I said something wrong.

"W-what did you just call me?" She asked, blushing. I laughed at her reaction.

"Rar-Rar. It's your nickname. Like me Spikey Wikey or Spikey." She smiled at that.

"Ya know, I've been having some mixed feelings now, but I think I now know which one it is." There was a brief silence as I waited patiently for her to speak. "I love you, Spike." I swear my heart just blowed up and my head is running.

"I-I l-l-love you too, Ra-Rarity." I said, trying to stop stuttering. She giggled at my stuttering. I looked in her eyes as they stare back at me. I swear there is nothing but silence between us. I feel like we're moving an inch, but I do not care. Then, out of nowhere, we kiss. We finally kiss!!!!

-Rarity's POV-
I just confessed my feelings for him after a long debate in my head. But I did not plan something like this. My heart was beating at an fast rate and my cheeks were redder like a red dress I just sewed. We let go of each other's lips and I feel like I could jump up in the air.

"I been wanting to do that for a long time." Spike said, smiling. I was smiling too.

"I know." I said and kissed his cheek. I feel tired and I sleep to get some rest for tomorrow.

-Spike's POV-
She closed her eyes and fell asleep.

"Cute." I said to myself in a whisper voice. I was about to carry her until I heard a voice again.

"Spike." It's the same voice I heard and when I turned around I saw a grayish ghost like smoke.

"Who are you?" I said, not feeling afraid for some reason. I usually get afraid, but I'm not.

"You will know in time. I was a Jedi Master of the Order before all the other Jedi left. All but two didn't. Mingle was an apprentice to me. I will be your guide if you need advice or help in a situation. In order to contact me, you'll have to be in the calm state. But you'll need to learn about it first. You will know, young Spike. May the Force be with you." That was all it said before fading away.

"Contact, huh?" I said, making an interest look. I picked up Rarity and took her back to camp. I set her down and decided to sleep with her. As soon as I lay down with her, a smile came up to her face. My closed and I fall asleep.

There might not have been action, but I simply want to make a moment for our favorite ships. Now, I brought Spike again, but he has brought a certain unicorn. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, Spike and Rarity!

*Rarity giggles*

It's good to have you here, Rarity. And might I just say that is a lovely dress you're wearing.

Rarity: Thank you, Zachary. I designed it myself.

Now my question is how did you feel when you two finally confess face to face?

Both: It was amazing!

Spike: Rarity is simply the best and generous mare in all of Equestria. Even a beauty.

*Rarity blushes and audience goes awww*

Rarity: You're so nice, Spikey Wikey.

*They kiss*
