Spencer POV
"Cmon adalin lets go!" I yell from downstairs and I see her run down the stairs in her little brown skirt and her "girl power" shirt tucked in with a little jean jacket and rainbow socks on. Not far after her is Toby with Lacey-Mae in his arms and opal holding his empty hand "I'm guessing you redressed Lacey ?" I ask Toby looking at Lacey's new outfit a little onesie saying "I get it from my daddy" and pink sweatpants on,"how did you know?" Toby says coming and giving me a kiss "Adalin and I will be home shortly you'll be fine with the tiny humans?"I ask Toby "yeah yeah go off to wherever you are going" says Toby laughing and Adalin and I slip our shoes on and go on our way.
Toby's POV
I don't know how Spencer does this mom thing! I thought it would be easier than this! So far opal has already ripped a pair of ivivva leggings,scrapped her elbow biking as Lacey has bit me twice for trying to feed her!! I don't know what I would do if spencer wasn't here! Speaking of "DADDY!!!" Adalin yells running through the door "hey kiddo,where's mommy?" I ask "oh yeah um..." she says looking down "Adeline where is your mom?!" I ask more panicked and Spencer walks through the door laughing "I knew you'd get him good" she says high fiving Adalin "oh my god you definitely got me!"I say laughing and then I hear opal crying from outside, Spencer and I run outside and see opal laying on her back crying, we look at the trampoline and see a opal sized hole in the net we all rush to her and bring her inside and make sure she's okay.
Later
We ended the night watching beauty and the beast and some paw patrol and a little karaoke "I love you" I say to Spencer "hey I have a question" she says "oh no okay shoot" I say and she hits me and starts laughing "this was supposed to be serious you ruined the moment toby!" She says laughing and eventually she stops "do you want another baby?" She asks "maybe eventually why?" I say "I was thinking maybe we could adopt a baby you know, so they aren't in the system for all their life?" She says and I smile and look at her "that's why I love you,you always think of others and have such a big heart so of course I love that idea" I tell her and I kiss her and we roll over and dose off to sleep.
