Deja Vü

It's been a week since my last encounter with Aleah. Hindi na rin siya nagpakita sa akin. And it made me even more angry that she didn't even tried to explain. Because if she did I would've hear her out and be lenient. But she didn't.

"A penny for your thoughts?" I was taken back to reality when someone talked to me.

I already have tons of problems I have been facing in my chaotic life, dumagdag pa itong si Railen. Yes, Railen. The freaking annoying Railen. He said he doesn't have any friends so he recognizes me as one. He's annoyingly feeling close. I tried so many times to shoo him away but he's obstinate

I looked at him while raising my right eyebrow. "Shut up."

He touched his left chest and acted like he was in pain. Like my words were arrows that pierced through his heart.

"Ouch. Sakit ha. Nagtatanong lang naman." And he pouted.

The hell? This guy's definitely a closet. I was observing him for a week and I was able to discern his true nature. He's a woman trapped in a man's body.

I decided to ignore him. Good thing he's not that audacious enough to sit beside me. Minutes later, our teacher arrived. Miss Jackie.

"I want to announce na may bago kayong kaklase. Come in," she beckoned the person to come in. The person entered, and the person is actually a "he". I heard my classmates (most especially, girls) giggling and whispering.

I eyed him intently. I feel like I've seen him before, but I don't know when and where. He seems utterly familiar.

"Introduce yourself," Miss Jackie urged.

"Roev Silva, 18." He muttered.

Roev? I think I've heard that name before... Heck, why does he seem so familiar?!

He started walking to choose a seat. And I was startled when he chose the seat beside me.

"This seat is taken." I politely informed. I'm trying my best to blend well with people since I grew up seeing no other human than Aleah. Tito David told me to always be polite. In that way, I can be part of the society. And I'm trying.

"Where is that person?" He asked, in a very deep voice. Even his voice is so familiar...

I creased my head. "Excuse me?"

He sighed. "I said, where is that person who you claimed to be seating here?"

Kinabahan ako. Wala naman talagang nakaupp dito, I just don't any person sitting beside. I anxiously looked around when my eyes landed on Railen. I immediately pointed him.

"Him! Yeah, he's seated here!"

"Huh?" Railen gave me a confused look.

"Dito siya nakaupo pero nagtransfer muna siya since the person in front of me is absent." I reasoned out.

"He's not here, so this seat technically vacant. And that gives me the rights to seat here."

My mouth went agape and then I scoffed. I bit my lower lip, unable to reply anything. And to also fight the urge to break his bones. He's a damned stern guy!

I rolled my eyes and ignored him because he might destroy my whole day. I mean, he already destroyed my morning!

I diverted my attention to Ms. Jackie, since she is our first period. While passively listening to Ms. Jackie, I felt someone's staring at me, again. And no, it's definitely not Aleah, because it's my classmate.
