Morlyna couldn't believe the words he had spoken. There was numbness. She didn't want to believe his words. There was no way he would just leave her like that. Her denial shifted to anger. How dare he leave? Abandoning her to the wrath of their other siblings. Then she pleaded with him in her mind. Begged him not to go. Then she felt pure sadness. Devastation at the impending loss. And finally, she realized she couldn't change his mind.

"Are you okay?" Jon had asked her

"I will be."

With that she walked away. She didn't know what else to say, it hurt too much still. She left the keep and went to the stables to hide. she halted at the sound of several slaps to a face ringing out. Morlyna made her way forward and watched as lord Tyrion slapped his nephew.

"-you will fall to your knee in front of them and tell them how very sorry you are and that you are at their service. Do you understand?"

A few more moments later and the prince walked away. Morlyna stepped forward. "You know he'll remember that right?"

"Funny thats what the Hound said too."

"Perhaps you should listen to him."

"Of course. My lady, I am so sorry about your brother. My prayers are with your family."

"Thank you lord Tyrion. But he will wake. I'm sure of it."

"We'll I hope you are right. I must go eat. Good bye, my lady" his voice was slightly teasing with the last words. Perhaps it was because they were back to formalities, or perhaps it was to make her feel better. Even a little.

Morlyna hid with the dogs for awhile, Onyx's head in her lap. Her eyes were closed, enjoying the small peace she was having. It was interrupted by a cough she recognized as Jon.

"I have something for you, 'lyna." She raised an eyebrow.

Jon placed a bundle in her arms. It was on the heavier side and the shape felt familiar.

"What is this?"

"Open it."

She did as she was told and nearly cried. It was a leg. This one more beautiful than anything she had ever seen. Beautiful flowers were etched into metal. The pins were there but there was a soft fur that sat were her knee would rest. She felt the surface and felt a bump. Taking a closer look, she pulled at it. Away came a knife. A knife that sheathed perfectly inside the leg.

"To protect yourself in King's Landing. Do you like it?"

"I love it." she pulled Jon down to her and hugged him tightly. I'll miss you so much. I wish you wouldn't go."

"I'm sorry but once you leave I'll have no reason to stay."

"But.."

"You know it's true."

Her eyes welled with tears, but she swallowed them and nodded. They sat in silence then. Hugging.

"I have one more gift to give away."

"Arya?"

"Yes."

"is it a sword?"

"Maybe." He had a smug grin on his face. If there was one other person Jon loved other than Morlyna, and that was Arya.

It was a few hours later, and everyone heading for King's Landing were preparing to go. They were in the court yard. Morlyna watched as Jon hugged their brother Rob. She stepped up to Jon, her new leg in place, and hugged him. She knew he wasn't leaving yet but they couldn't hug on horses. They whispered quietly about the final goodbye coming up but quickly separated. It wasn't long until they were off. It didn't take long to get to the fork that might separate Jon and Morlyna forever.

"Goodbye Jon.." tears welled in her eyes.

"Goodbye 'Lyna" he smiled sadly.

With that they parted ways. Benjen stark led Jon away. Lord Tyrion followed after them. Though she was curious as to why, he wasn't her concern at the moment.

I'm sorry it's short! I'll try to get another update out soon! Also I swear this story isn't about Jon and Morlyna. They're just really close. We'll see more of Tyrion soon!
