*Kharuna's POV*

I continue to stare at the ceiling as the day flashback through my mind. Everything that happened with Jabez, I-It's overwhelming. I covered my face and squealed.

I totally forgot about the queen stuff and all!

Mama.

I've been too harsh, she was only thinking what's good for the kingdom.

I should apologize, I know we can still fix this in the future. I stood up and walk slowly through the dark halls of the castle. It's quiet and quite scary. I wrap my hands around myself as it's too cold.

Why are they no guards though? Where have they gone?

I shook my head and did not let it bother me. I continued walking until I reached the door. The guard here is missing too, seriously what's going on?

I opened the door for myself.

The room was dark and only one oil lamp is open.

"Mama..?" I said quietly as I slide the already slightly opened door. My eyes widen, sweats fell from my forehead.

"Ma.. ma?" I said as my lips shake violently, I couldn't move an inch. I walk slowly to her and kneel.

She lay at the wooden floor with blood all over her. No, this isn't real I'm just dreaming, right? I touched her face, she's getting cold. This can't be happening. She seemed to have been stabbed by a swords, three wounds that continue to bleed. I put pressure on it, in hope for it to stop.

"No, stop bleeding please!!"

Who did this to you!?

"K-kharuna.. i-is that you?" She looked at me with barely open eyes, words are stuttering.

"Mama!" I held her hands. "Mama hang on, I-I'll call for help so please.." tears are building up in my eyes.

"I-I'm glad.. to be able to see you.." she said trying to reach out for my cheek. "I-I'm sorry... I'll leave you again.."

"No, you won't leave. Someone help! Please!" I begged and begged.

"Keep living well okay? Don't be too sad.. take care of the kingdom and Sheena.." she smiled weakly, as if she put every last ounce of her strength. "I love you my daughter.. don't hate the world too much.."

Her hands fell weakly from my cheek. The color of death is shown in her face.

"No, no please!" I pulled her tightly on my chest. Her lifeless body seems very fragile. Tears won't stop from falling.

No! I was supposed to apologize and we are supposed to laugh at our argument. How did this happen?

I ran to the door and bumped into Jabez.

"J-jabez!" I couldn't control my shaking. Blood is covered my palms and I held Jabez's arms. "C-come, p-please help Mama. I'm begging you, please!" I said. He's not moving nor responding. "Jabez please!" I pleaded, his eyes met mine, it's lifeless. As if not a bit of sympathy is there. "J-jab-bez?" On his right hand is a sword, covered in blood.
