This time, Sasuke was alone again, and he looked almost too drunk to keep his onyx orbs working. He wasn't with Hinata, and the heavy aura he was carrying didn't help everyone.

Sakura was dancing with Naruto again, like usual, Temari was beside me, and Kankuro was trying to ask the girl from the next table to dance. Gaara wasn't with us today, for some reason.

It was just the three of us on the table now, not knowing what to utter or do.

"I have to use the restroom," I said, and then Temari was gonna stop me but I smiled at her and shook my head.

I made my way to the restroom, sighing as I received yet another call from my sister. Instead of going to the restroom, I went straight to the rooftop instead and looked out to the city.

"Shirai, when are you planning on coming back home to us? Mom and dad are furious, it's been two fucking years, Shirai! At least knock some sense in yourself!" My sister said, on the other line, as I smiled bitterly.

"Maybe if you all acted like a family, I will," I answered.

The reason why I live alone is that all of them, my family, always tried to set me up into an arranged marriage with someone I don't even have a clue about without considering my emotions. They always tried to make me their puppet, and I hated that. I didn't have control with my own life.

I ended the call, and then sighed. I ran my hands through my hair, frustration creeping into every nerve of my body.

I then heard slight shuffling, so I turned my head but I widened my eyes at what I saw. It was Sasuke, laying supine with a smirk across his face. It looked like he had been there longer than I was, but I didn't care.

"Alone again, huh, Sasuke?" I said, grimacing as I looked down.

"That's my first words to you, right?" He asked, sitting up.

I froze.

He knew?
