His footsteps echoed, as he approached me slowly, making every heart beat of mine turn to running footsteps of a stallion. I didn't know what to do, and I was sure that my fingers were trembling, but he kept his gaze on the stars so I guess that was fine.

He situated himself next to me, sighing.

"Family problems?" He muttered, and I looked at him.

"Yeah," I whispered, sliding my phone in my back pocket.

"It sucks. Really." He replied, sparing me a glance.

"I guess," I awkwardly said.

Can anybody blame me for being so awkward? It was the first time he talked to me, like, really talked and acknowledged my existence and my personal welfare. He'd been my crush for years now.

But what crushed my heart was when I remembered how much he loved Hinata. I sighed. She was so lucky, but destiny has its own plan so we didn't really have any say to that.

"Take a picture, Shirai. It will last longer," he said, lazily turning his head towards me with a devious smirk.

"Shut the fuck up," I said, but I could feel my cheeks heat up.

He then turned away, and walked away without uttering another word.

I guess, it was too good to be true.
