I settled on wearing one of Mckenna's low cut black shirts with my jean skirt after Mckenna remembered hearing Corey drunkenly saying that girls look hott in black. Apparently he and Kyle went back and forth about the topic one night, because Kyle thinks red is the sexiest color on girls.
Mckenna chose some ripped, white shorts with a red top. She swore it wasn't an indication that she was interested in Kyle.
Annie drove us in her blue Honda Accord to Subway for a quick bite and then we headed to the block party. Apparently Annie knew a few people that lived in the same complex as the block party, so we parked in front of their apartment to meet up with them first before joining the crowd in the parking lot. We could feel the car vibrating from the music already playing and the crowd was pretty big for it to be so early into the evening. Most of the front parking lot was full of people standing around drinking, playing cornhole, dancing, or just walking up to the scene rolling their cooler behind them.

Oh shit Oh shit Oh shit Oh shit. A thick, bronze arm reached over me to shut off the noise that was a Gary Allan ringtone/alarm. Corey's eyes were still shut and he appeared to still be dazed in a sleep, meanwhile, I was having a mini freak out.
