A/N - Dang 40 chapters, this is gonna be a long book. So I've decided that when my book gets 50 chapters, I will probably leave it on a cliffhanger (Prepare yourselves) and start on a different book so this one doesn't end up with like 100 chapters xD

Harvey's POV

*************

1 week later...

I sipped on my coffee and looked at Jordan in front of me, trying to stifle in laughs as he tried to balance a spoon on his nose.

We decided to come out and get coffee, and we invited Jordan along considering Tucker, Sonja and Susan headed home yesterday.

"So... you sorted out a date for your wedding?" Jordan asked, doing the spoon back into his cup and flinching when it started to clatter...loudly.

Crystal laughed at his reaction and carefully put her son back into the cup, silently mocking him.

"Um, we were thinking about having it on the 1 year anniversary of when she came back to life again. Which is October 26th. In about 2 months time." I said, remembering that day.

(Don't worry, I'm not waiting a month to get them married, will come before. I just put the date because it's my birthday xD)

Crystal smiled at me, putting her hand onto mine. She's so much more confident than me. But she's doing as I told her to, living her life to the fullest.

"Awh, that's nice, I guess you will have to start getting to work then, with guests and everything." Jordan said.

I nodded. Jordan looked to be uncomfortable about something, as if he wanted to ask one of us something.

"What's up? What's on your mind?" Crystal asked, noticing it too. Jordan looked at me, and I sighed internally.

"Harvey, I've wanted to ask you this for a while. When you were...injured, I saw the burn scars on your forehead, how did you get them?"

I sat back in my seat, that question had to come sometime, whoever it may be off.

I looked at Crystal, and she glanced at me, and smiled. I smiled and sighed. Right, here goes.

"Well, it was something in my childhood. You see, I was 6 years old, and my parents were supporting me, as I just found out that my peers were showing themselves. Both of my parents were sorcerers, so it had to happen sometime.

But one night, somebody broke into our house...

My throat was dry, I needed to go get a drink. I climbed out of bed and made my way downstairs to my kitchen.

I grabbed some milk from the fridge and poured it into a cup. I heard a noise come from the other room, like a bang.

I grew curious, and used my little batman torch to find my way there. When the light landed on the burglar, he saw me.

I stood there in fear, I was so scared I dropped my cup of milk onto the floor.

The burglar stood up and started to walk towards me, and I freaked out. I summoned my weak magic, and aimed it at him.

His eyes widened at what he saw, I used my magic to throw him back. But as my powers weren't fully developed yet. It mixed with the fire spell.

The fire hit the curtain next to him. The burglar ran out of the house, scared or of his mind. I put out the fire on the curtain, or at least I think I did.

Because when I went to sleep again, I woke up smelling smoke, so I rushed out of bed and opened my door. That was when red and yellow flames engulfed me.

I backed away quickly, but I felt the burns settling on my forehead and the back of my neck.

I dropped to the floor in pain, curled up into a ball and begged for it all to stop. It was a traumatizing event, I couldn't leave my room, I was trapped.

I feel asleep in that position, and when I woke up I saw firemen standing over me, waking me up.

They got me out of there, and took me to hospital, but a week later, I was told the news I dreaded to hear.

Both of my parents were dead, none of them survived. And it was my fault."

I looked down as the tears started to fall, Jordan was looking at me, full sympathy in his eyes.

I looked at Crystal, and she took me into her arms, I started to cry, the memories all flooding back.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you." Jordan said, looking down at the table.

"It's fine, it would have done anyway." I replied, calming myself down and smiling at him.

I've had a horrible life, and they only know a section of it...
