His faced had a pained expression on his face.  I looked down at his arm and chest, and saw the red plague spread on his clothes. The blood started to go to my head as I went into full

"You need help! What do I do? How do I stop the bleeding?" I started to talk so fast I'm not sure Toshiro even understood what I said.

"Slow down," his voice calm and undamaged. It made me feel safe. "We'll ride on Luna. I know a place where we can go. Help me up."

With my mind clear I pulled him up, wrapping his arm around my neck. We walked to the now grazing horse,  She's already getting fat!  We stopped on the left side of her, her head now up high, showing perfect posture. Show off...

"This is going to get a little tricky," Toshiro started to explain "You'll ride in front with me behind you and-"

"Or I can do this. Suteru." At the sound of my voice Luna laid down against the grass.

Utter shock took over Toshiro's face. His eyes wide, mouth hanging open, and a little drool coming out of the corner of his mouth.

"You're going to eat flies if you don't close your mouth." I stated. His mouth closed.

I slowly and carefully helped Toshiro onto Luna. He must be at least 5"5' because I'm barely 5 foot and he's much taller than me.

(A/N I know Toshiro is short but I can't help it, this is MY fanfiction, I can do whatever I want! :P)

I ended up taking off Luna's saddle. Two people on a one-butt saddle felt way too awkward. I controlled Luna for what felt like 10 seconds, before Mr. Pushy took the reins out of my hands and said "I'm driving." Pushy, pushy...

We rode for what felt like an eternity. I ended up falling asleep in an awkward position, leaning against Toshiro's chest. I woke up to the sound of someone's voice, pulling me out of dreamland.

"Kairi, wake up," his voice was sleepy, and weak "Kairi-"

"I'm awake."

I straightened myself up so that I wasn't leaning against him. Toshiro stopped Luna at an old candy shop. Luna lied down and we got off. Toshiro started to limp his way to the front door, gripping his arm as he went, only letting go to open the door. I stood there staring at the front door of the shop. It older than Thomas Edison, and even though we stood at east 15" away from it, I could smell old tuna coming from the building.

"Are you coming?" I looked up to see Toshiro holding the door for me. Uhh.... I looked up at the sky, it was getting dark. Margaret will worry if I don't get back.

"Toshiro I have to go back." I could hear my voice cracking, I didn't want to leave him injured and in pain. I have so many questions... But Margaret... "Toshiro, I'm sorry..." with that, I turned Luna around and ran.
