Chapter 3~ The House

Lauren's POV

"So you wanna play with magic.  Boy, you should know what you're falling for.  Baby do you dare to do this?  Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse."  Katy Perry sings on the radio.

 We all start singing along.

"Are you ready for, ready for.  A perfect storm, perfect storm.  Cause once you're mine, once you're mine.  There's no going back!"  We all start dancing in our seats.

Adam turns off the radio.  "Why'd you turn it off?!?!"  I said, annoyed since Dark Horse is one of my favorite songs.  "Because we have arrived!"  Mitch said extravagantly.  I looked out the window and my jaw dropped.  "You live here?!?!  This place is huge!"  I questioned amazed.  "We have 7 guys and now 1 teenage girl living here....We need space."  Adam said as he was getting out of the car.  I grabbed my bags and got out of the car.  

"So why did you decide to adopt?"  I asked as Adam was finding the house key on his key chain.  "Because we had an extra room and no one is allergic to kids."  Jason said.  "Seriously?" I asked.  "Hell no!  I was adopted so I wanted to adopt a kid."  Adam explained.  "And we have an extra room." Quentin said.  Adam sighed.  "And we have an extra room."  He muttered.  "Oh ok.  Can you please open the door these bags aren't getting lighter!"  I exclaimed.  Adam unlocked the door and we all walked in.  "Ian, show Lauren to her room."  Adam said.  I follow Ian up the stairs and to a room that only had a bed, nightstand, lamp on the nightstand, and dresser.  The essentials.  

"My girlfriend Alesa will be here tomorrow to met you and help you decorate your room."  Adam said suddenly appearing.  I don't know what to call him  "Ok...dad?"  I questioned.  "You can call me dad or Adam.  Which ever one is more comfortable for you."  Adam said.  "I think I'll call you Adam for now.  I still don't like the idea of calling anyone else dad except for my birth dad."  I said.  I suddenly was sad. Its been almost a year since they died but I remember it like it was yesterday. "Yeah what happened to you anyway?"  Jason asked.  He immediately realized what he said and apologized.  "Umm what's you wifi password I want to hook my iPod and stuff up to it and talk to Myckie."  I said trying to change the subject.  "I'll get the paper with the information."  Jerome said leaving the group that had formed in the room and doorway.  

"Why don't we let her unpack.  Let any of us know if you need anything."  Adam said.  He started ushering the guys out of my room.  Adam got them all out and was about to leave himself.  I grabbed his arm to stop him from leaving.  "Thank you for everything Adam."  I said releasing his arm and pulling him into a hug. "You're so welcome Lauren."  Adam said hugging back.  Jerome returned with the wifi information and Adam and I pulled apart from the hug.  "Thank you Jerome."  I took the papers and they both left.  I logged my iPod Touch and Laptop into the wifi and immediately went on Kik to message Myckie.

Me:  Heyyyyyy frand :)

Myckie: HAI FRAND!!!

Me:  Lol what's up?

Myckie:  You remember that other person who was adopting?

Me:  We are like the only fans to see him in real life!  Of course I remember Seto!  Wait who did he adopt?!?!

Myckie:  Guess :D

Me: :O You?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Myckie: Yep

Me:  What's he like?  Like is he different from on YouTube.  The guys don't seem to be different :P

Myckie:  He's actually pretty depressed when he's not recording.  He's gotten so much hate from getting kicked from Team Crafted!  Some of Team Crafted's fans call him some pretty nasty and hurtful things.  I'm sure the guys are as crazy as they seem in their vids :P

Me:  Wow that really sucks that some fans still do that it's been like a year!

Myckie:  I know!

Myckie: I gotta go sorry.  

Me:  Ummm ok bye

Myckie: Bye.

I closed Kik and turned my iPod off.  What are the odds that Myckie and I both get adopted on the same day!  I can't stop thinking about what Myckie said though about Jimmy being depressed and that Team Crafted fans are still giving him crap for it.  The more I think about it the more I start to wonder.  Is there more behind the story that I don't know about?

Hope you guys enjoyed yet another short chapter!  

Yet another school year has started! This year I'm going to try SO hard not to use the "I've been busy with school and homework" excuse for the reason it took me a long time to update. I know sometimes it happens but still it seem every writers during the school year says they didn't update because they were busy with school or homework.

Also I did want to add that I'm so sorry it takes me so long to update.  I'm lazy and I'm having a little bit of writers block. I have a general idea of how I want the story to go but I'm having trouble writting it so if you have an idea message me and not just bare with me. Plus I came up with a story idea that I love and I have been writing it more then I probably should.

But yeah.
