THE LAPTOP TRANSMITTERS

As batman got to the tower he heard a voice on his ear-peace and if was not Catlin, " well look who just showed up! Have you really decided to try and take me on? Get to it then!. I'm looking forward to watching you fail"

Batman sighed as he heard enigma's voice leave the ear-peace, he saw a gap through the gate and throwers a control bater-rang, as it went through the gap, some electronic got on it and it landed on the panel on the other side, which opens the gate. " Typical, I mean - why apply cognitive resources to a problem when you can just throw crap at it!" Catlin smiled and said " well it sometimes works "  batman walked through the gate door and found a big door and slammed it open. After he hacked the transmitter enigma came on the screen " congratulations are in order! Mabey you're not as stupid as I've been led to believe" " why are you doing this enigma?" Batman asked enigma smiled and said " Direct! I like it. So I'll tell you. Gotham's sullied, it's filled with brutes who control this city through violence and intimidation" Bruce sighed and said, " you didn't answer my question" " BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LET ME FINISH!. I want to get rid of them, batman. To improve Gothem's intellectual and moral standing. But I'm not a thug like you, my approach is a bit more refined " " what your doing is no different than stealing there's nothing refined about it " Enigma laughed a little before saying " your response is as predictable as it is banal. Goodbye." The screen went black and batman went out of the building and on the edge of it looking at the city lights. He then heard a beep on his wrist and looked at the screen " Catlin, I'm reading a signal from penguin's men. But it's not associated with any known wireless frequency" a few seconds later Catlin came on the ear-peace.

" I see it here. Looks like penguin runs his own private wireless network using laptop transmitters serving as an ad com station. He's feeding his men frequencies via two-way radio. There are two of these con-stations near your position" Bruce smiled and said " good, mark it on my map. If I can find and hack that walki-talkis I can triangulate penguins' position" he then jumped off the building and headed to the first location.

Bruce got to the first location, he took out a few thugs before getting the radio and grabbed the chip from inside and slid it into his divorce, then he heard voices from penguin's men, but he heard the penguin himself " the batman? You expect me to believe that?. Listen - I happen to know that the batman's got way more important things to do tonight to mess with our shipment and saving his own ass. So next time you want to make up a story, make sure the person you talk to is dumer than you are, oh wait that's right. THERE AIN'T NO ONE DUMER THAT YOU!" He yelled out to one of his men, " Mr. Cobblepot I swear it was the bat, he dropped Ricky off the roof of the clock tower straight into the Christmas tree".

" I don't care what you think you saw. If your not back'ere with my money in the next ten minutes, I'll cut your damn eyeball out, and then you want to have to worry about seeing nothin ever again. IS THAT CLEAR?!" he yelled again to his men, " yes, Mr
Cobblepot. I'm sorry Mr cobblepot".

Batman got to the second computer and hacked it, and at last, he found out where the penguin is, "there you are, on board the final offer. Penguins's been hiding out on an old ship. No wonder he's been so hard to find." Catlint smiled and said to batman " of course he is hard to find he's the penguin".
