The Journey of Heartbreaks and Secrets

Chapter 18

Jordyn's pov:

 The Haunted maze was fun.

 I'm not so sure Winter had fun. 

I mean, it didn't look, or sound like she did. 

But then again, I couldn't tell because she was laughing at the same time.

 After the maze, it was me, Winter, Greg, Dylan, and Hayden. 

Carson and Summer were still in there, which was weird because they were i front of us.

 When they can out, I noticed they were holding hands.

 I wasn't the only one to notice, I know Winter did, and I think agree did too. 

I could tell Winter did because she hanged the subject quickly. 

She asked both of them if they wanted to come get snacks and drinks with us, they both said "no".

Winter said "okay we'll be back then" and acted like it wasn't a big deal. 

In our walk Greg started a conversation with Winter, and of course me, Hayden, and Dylan joined. Greg said, "Winter I know you like Carson." 

Winter said, "well, yeah I do. I have since we started talking, but it obviously doesn't look like he liked me back." 

Greg then says, "He does Winter. On the way here, I asked him what it was like when he met you, and I can definitely tell you, that after he told me, he was smiling. That's when I asked him if he liked you, he said he really does."

 I saw Winter just nod.

 She doesn't believe it, but I know Greg is telling the truth.

 On our way back, we were all talking and laughing. Dylan was walking backwards trying to keep a conversation going, until he fell on his butt. 

Winter was laughing so hard, she kept trying to mock him.

 She was still laughing, and then she stopped.

 She stopped dead in her tracks and dropped everything in her hand. 

We asked her what was wrong, she didn't say anything, but pointed.

 We looked to where she was pointing.

 Carson and Summer were kissing. 

That's right, they were kissing.

 Before any of us could say anything to her, she ran.

 Greg tried calling out for her, but there was no luck.

 Greg wasn't mad, he was upset. He went over to them and yelled at them both.

 Greg told us that he was going to try and look for Winter, and that he'd text us.

 I was mad at Carson, how could he do this.
