The Journey of Heartbreaks and Secrets

Chapter 12

Dylan's POV:

We were all deciding which haunted maze we were gonna go in. 

Hayden spoke up and asks, "How about Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers?" We all agreed. I saw Winter nudge Hayden and whisper something.

 I saw him smirk and whisper something back. Winter rolled her eyes. 

During the maze Winter was literally laughing and crying because she was scared. 

She was holding onto Greg's arm since he was closer. 

Me, Hayden, and Jordyn were in front of them. 

We have no idea where Summer and Carson are, we were all together when we went in.

 We must've lost them through the first half of the maze. 

When we finished the maze, we waited for them to come out. 

After like 5 minutes, they both walked out holding hands. Carson was laughing, and Summer was crying and laughing.

 Winter asked them if they wanted to come with us to get drinks and candy, but they both said "no" Winter told them "okay, we'll be back then." 

While we were walking Greg said, "Winter I know you like Carson." 

Winter goes, "Well, yeah, I do, I have since we started talking but it obviously doesn't look like he likes me back." 

Greg says, "He does Winter, on the way here I asked him what it was like when he met you, and I can definitely tell you that after he told me, he was smiling.

 That's when I asked him if he liked you, he said he really does." After Greg said that, Winter just nodded her head, we all got our drinks and candy. 

On our way back to Summer and Carson, I was trying to keep a conversation going, I was walking backwards, until I tripped over absolutely nothing, and fell on my butt.

 Everyone laughed. After I got up, we were walking towards where they were, everyone was still laughing at me, until Winter stopped dead in her tracks, and dropped everything in her hands. 

Me, Hayden, Jordyn, and Greg asked what was wrong, she just pointed towards Summer and Carson because she was crying.

 Before anyone could say something to her, she was running away crying her eyes out. Greg tried calling after he but she kept running.

 I just hope she's okay.
