"After school you will also come, right?" Heather asks me with her big brown eyes. My mom sternly told me that I have to make some friends. I'd rather be friends with Colten but he isn't here so.
"Yeah oke" I say and Heather claps enthousiastic.
"Who's house?" Heather asks in te group. It's break right now and everybody is here at the table in the canteen.
"We should go to Colleens house. We seriously never go to hers" Gary says.
"Yeah!" Joss says.
"Sorry but we can't. My father is working at home and he doesn't want to be disrupted" Colleen says with an apologetic smile.
"Bummer"
"Seriously Gary, nobody uses that word anymore" Joss says.
"That doesn't mean I can't use it" Gary says back and Joss shrugs.
"We can go to mine" Nate says en Colleen kisses him. "Our hero" she says giggling.
"We also could go to mine" Joss says with a wink.
"You could never be any kind of hero, Joss" Gary says with a smirk.
"Jerk"
"Bitch"
The bell rings and we all stand up and go to our classes. I share a few classes with them and a lot more classes with Colten which I am happy with. Everybody here is nice to me. So far everything is going fine. Way more than on my old school. I hated that school. Like for real. The teachers here are also very nice. No one picks on me and I can tell you, that's a nice feeling.
At the end of the school day we wait for each other at the fence and then we cycle to Nates house.
"Does anyone want a drink?" Nate screams loudly from the Kirchen while we're sitting in the living room. I sit on the couch next to Colleen en Heather en Nate's going to sit next to Colleen. Joss en Gary are somewhere on the ground rolling around like some five year old kids.
"I never get to sit on a couch!" says Gary with a pout.
"That's because you're slow" Joss says.
"You're slow yourself"
"I know"
"Don't fight in my house and I asked you all a question" Nate says a little pissed off.
"It's not really your house but your parents" Gary says and Joss nods.
"Toddlers" Colleen sighs.
"Whatever just don't fight" Nate says. "If you want a drink just grab it yourself" he says and he flops on the couch. We all grab a drink.
"What should we do. I'm boooreddd"
"We could play a game?"
"Which game?"
"What kind of games do you have Nate?" Heather asks and Nate stands up walking around the house.
"I kinda sold my games for.. uh something and I only couldn't sell this one" he says and holds an Mario and Sonic at the olympic games disk.
"Let's play I'm bored af"
"Ooohh oohh I wanna play beach volleybal!" Heather says excited. "Yeahh!" Colleen says.
"No seriously pick something less stupid" Gary mumbles.
"Nora what do you want to play?" Heather asks me and I look at the games we could play.
"synchronized swimming?" I say a little uncomfortable.
"Oke let's do that" Heathers clicks it and we need to choose a song. "Which one?". "The first".
"What is this shit!" Gary screams.
"This is so much fun" Joss says grinning widely. It is indeed fun to do and it looks like Nate, Heather and Colleen are enjoying this too. Except for Gary who only complains.
"My arms hurt" Gary says as he swings his arms aggressively back and forth.
"Don't bitch so much" Joss says concentrated on the game. Gary stops swinging his arms and looks angry at Joss.
"You ugly fa-"
"GARY STOP DOING NOTHING AND PLAY YOU SON OF A B*TCH WE'RE LOSING POINTS!" Nate screams again and Gary mumbles something before playing again.
I must say. This is a special group of friends
