Ruby felt a throbbing pain in the back of her head,
"Where am I?" She asked whilst looking around her dark surroundings,
"It looks like a prison..." She thought to herself. She tried getting up, her body didn't respond... Footsteps could be heard in the distance,
"Subject 294 is awake." Said a deep rumbling voice,
"Turn off the machine!" Said another. As a lever was switched, Ruby could stand up.
"Paralysis machine?" She asked the mysterious Voices, no reply... Ruby stood up, and the bars around her lowered into the ground, a rocky hand grabbed one of her elbows, "This one's fiesty!" Shouted a familiar yet mysterious voice.
Ruby was hauled into what looked like an obsidian arena, with tough looking creatures waiting for her at the other side... The creature stopped pulling,
"Survive this, and meet me behind the opposite door." It whispered to her, at least, that was what she heard before the shouting started...
