(Leo's POV)

We were all asleep, but I woke up before the others. I couldn't sleep very much, I was too worried about Leana but to be honest I was more concerned about Donnie. Since he's been watching Leana day and night, it worries me. Suddenly I heard someone running around, I slowly got up and walked up to my door. As I did, I realized that I heard a voice from Donnie. I quickly walked out until...

"Everyone, wake up! Wake up!"

I then saw everyone walking out, Raph made a loud groan. "Donnie why did you wake us up so early?"

"It's Leana, she's awake!" Donnie replied. "Come on!"

Donnie then ran out, we all looked at each other, showing our reactions. We soon followed Donnie back to the lab. As we got there it was true, Leana was awake. We were all smiling for joy, maybe even some tears along with it. Leana and the children look at us with bright smiles.

"Papa, Mama is awake!" Lily said.

We all then turned towards Jordan who was the last one to come in. His expression was full of relief, he was shocked that he was seeing her awake. He soon started to cry with joy. He rushed towards her and gave her a hug.

"L-Leana?..." Jordan asked softly.

"I'm here Jordan, it's okay." Leana said.

He sniffed. "I thought I was never going to hear your voice again." He then let go to see Leana's face, he moved a part of her hair away from her face and placed his hand on her cheek. "I'm so sorry, I was supposed to protect you."

"Jordan, it wasn't your fault." Leana said.

She then dragged his head to give him a kiss on the cheek. Soon the rest of us gathered around her, all of us were so happy that we were going to hear her voice again.

"We missed you so much." Mikey said as he hugged her.

"Yeah, we thought you disappeared out of existence." Raph said.

"Heh, I'm not that easy to kill." Leana joked. She then looked directly to me. "Long time, no see. Huh, Leo?"

I then gave her a hug. "I'm so glad that I get to see you again."

"Me too Leonardo."

~Few hours later, close to noon~

We soon all rested for the rest of the night. We didn't have to worry about Leana never waking up again. Once we were all awake we hanged out as a family, we caught them up with everything that's been going on for the passed couple years.

"And that's what's been happening."

"That sounds like a good story." Leana chuckled.

Mikey soon walked up to her. "So, where have you two been for the passed couple years?"

"Well, to be honest with ya." Jordan grinned. "We been living in the farm house for about a year because of Milo and Flower."

"We wanted to wait until they were old enough to travel." Leana said. "Our travel was okay until..."

Leana then paused a moment, I noticed that her expression was like she was scared and her hand was shaking violently. We could all tell that she was having a rough time. Jordan then put his hand over her's to help comfort her.

"We didn't realize the fight with the Kraang was still going." Jordan said. "So, we weren't expecting for us to be captured by the Kraang."

"We been stuck there for almost six months." Leana said. "They took our children away, knowing that something was going to happen to them. For now on, I'm grateful for all of you for saving us. If I can be honest with you I didn't know how much longer we were going to stay there."

"Hey, we're family." I said. "Family comes first."

"Mama, Mama." Lily ran up to her with a paper in her hand. "For you."

Leana soon picked it up as saw the picture on the paper. It was the picture that she showed us before we found her. Leana smiled. "What a gorgeous picture Flower."

"Thanks, Mama." Lily or I should say Flower said with a cheerful smile. "Me will make more."

We all chuckled at what she said. "Alright sweetie, go make some pretty pictures."

Everyone then chuckled and showed smiles on our faces. We all went silent, I then thought about that night when we discovered that Leana and Jordan was alive.

"You know, if it wasn't for that picture that Lily made. We would've never thought that you two were alive."

"Wait, seriously?" Jordan asked out of shock.

"Yeap." Raph said. "I think she's the hero in that rescue, even though we done the work."

"Y-Yeah, you would've never saved us if it wasn't for her love of us." She then looked towards at her two children, a sadness appeared in her eyes. "How is my son, Milo. He's been very quiet."

"He's just trying to adjust to his new surroundings including us." Donnie said. "Even though it's been almost two weeks since he's been here."

"He might be still scared of us Donnie," Mikey said. "I don't blame him for being scared. I mean he's been in the kraang's lab being tested on for who knows how long. And now he has to deal with us strangers."

Mikey made a good point, for the first time in forever. I wish there was a way that I could help him, but I can't rush his judgement. Trust has to be earned, not given. Suddenly I felt a hand touch my leg, nudging me to look. I looked down and saw Milo standing beside, handing me a paper. I picked it up and saw that he drew a picture of myself. I then looked back at him.

"Th-Thank you, Milo."

He was then silent for a moment, then a small smile appeared on his face. "W-Wel-come."

I then smiled back at him for the gift he made. Milo soon went back to Lily, who was still drawing. I then looked back at everyone which also gave me a smile.

"I don't think he'll have a problem with you anymore." Leana said with a smile.

She was right, Milo wasn't just scared of us, instead he was just shy. I hope that he would continue to grow and someday bright back his young spirit he once had.
