Zeenath

We were eating quitely when Bhaiyaa shouted from his room.
"AMMI! ABBU! COME FAST! AAAHHHH!"

We all ran to his room.
He was standing on his bed, looking really scared and cute!
He guestured shakily towards the corner of his room. There was a lizard.

Wait...whatt!

A LIZARD!!

"AAAHHH!" That was me and Zainab. We ran towards Bhaiyaa's bed and jumped over it.

We three HATED LIZARDS!

Ammi and Abbuji faceplamed themselves. And Zain started laughing.

He is not at all afraid of ANY INSECT!

Ammi brought a broomstick from nowhere within seconds and hit the lizard. It began to ran and ran outside the open window.

Zain was still laughing. We three caught him and began tickling him.

That is our family. Happy and Comfortable with each other. We loved each other with all our hearts. May Allah keep this bond, forever!

Then I realised that Bhaiyaa was wearing only his pants. I hit him with a pillow and asked him to wear a shirt. He grinned before grabbing his shirt and wearing it.

Then we all walked towards kitchen to finish our left breakfast, and, Bhaiyaa to start his breakfast.

There was silence. But Bhaiyaa broke it. "Zeenath, you are going to Rania's house. Which means Rafeh's house. Isn't it?"

Rafeh was Zubair Bhaiyaa's best friend. He was Rania's elder brother.I nodded.

After helping ammi clean up the kitchen, I went to my room to grab my abaya and books to go to Rania's house.

I called Bhaiyaa to ask whether he was ready or not. "I am here!" Said Bhaiyaa walking downstairs, adjusting his watch.

He was handsome. Masha Allah!

"Chale?" Bhaiyaa asked me. I nodded.

We shouted "Allah hafiz" in a unison and got out of our house. It was a hot day. We sat on his bike and went to Rania's house.

We reached Rania's house. Bhaiyaa knocked the door and Rafeh opened the door.

He was just one year older than me, so I called him by his name. Even he didn't liked to be called 'BHAIYAA' by someone not his family member.

"Salam bhai!" Greeted Bhaiyaa. "Salam" I said. "Was salam miya! Aaj kaise aana hua?" He did not noticed me yet. And they both started talking on the door-steps.

Ya Allah! Will I go inside or will I have to stand here whole day?

5 minutes.

Ok ok..

10 minutes.

Seriously Bhaiyaa!

15 minutes.

Zzzzzz.....!

"Rafeh! Will you keep them standing at the door steps? Come in Zeenath, Zubair!" Said Rafia Auntie comming from nowhere.

Thank you Rafia Anni.

Thats what I call her. Anni.

Rafia Anni gave us some chips and juice to have while she called Rania and Riyan. Riyan was Rania's twin brother and my best friend. He knew more secrets than Rania does.

Rania and Riyan came running downstairs and Rania pulled me in a huge bear hug.

Its been like 2 weeks we saw each other.

"Rania, leave me! I am a human being! Aur mujhe bhi saans ki zaroorath hai!" That was me.

She let go of me and I turned to Riyan. We just did a hi-5 as we were Na-mehram.

Then we three went to Riyan's room for studing because Rania's room is always a mess!

After some time, I felt an urge to drink water. So I informed them and went downstairs.

I drank water from kitchen purifier and was heading upstairs, when I bumped into something hard.

"Oouucchhh!" That was not me. That was Rafeh. "Am sorry!" I said and started walking away when he called me. "Zeenath! When did you came here? And how come I did not see you coming? I was here there whole time!"

Great! He is noticing me now!

"Uh...I came with Zubair Bhaiyaa. You were too busy talking to him at the door steps that you did not notice me."

"Ohh! Shhoollii!"
