"Now I know why villains look at me when I burst into the room." I say to M'gann, who still looked like me, while I circled around her, well, me, examining myself from head to toe. "I look amazing in that suit."

"Or it could be that you shine brighter than the sun." Wally scoffs playfully, smirking at me.

"I'm gonna take that as a compliment." I flicked my hair behind my shoulders sassily, Robin and Aqualad chuckling at me, while Superboy barely cracks a smile. Better than nothing, I guess.

I turned to Megan. "What about your clothes?" I ask, amazed. "Why do they change, too?"

"They're organic. Like the ship. They respond to my mental commands." She grins at me. She never seems to stop smiling. She changed back into herself, clothes morphing.

"As long as they're the only ones." Superboy mutters spitefully, still glaring out the window, refusing to speak to us, except for the offhand angry or sarcastic comment.
Even though that was mean for M'gann, you have to admit, that was a good line to just slip in there.

"So, can you ghost through walls? Like Martian Manhunter?" Wally asks thoughtfully, once again staring at M'gann.

She shakes her head sadly. "Density shifting? No, it's a very advanced technique," she said, looking down, embarrassed.

"It's okay," Robin attempts to comfort her, smiling.
He pointed to Wally. "Flash can vibrate through walls. When he tries it, blood nose." We all laugh, while Wally pouts, crossing his arms.

"And GL can break through the speed barrier while flying," I say, with a small smile. "I can only go, like, six hundred miles an hour, if I really try."

"Only six hundred," Robin mutters, scoffing. Joking, obviously.

"Well, it's average for a Lantern." I reply, crossing my arms. "I'm learning how to go faster. I'm gonna beat Hal in a race one day. That's my ultimate goal in life." I say to Robin.

"Mine is to beat Batman in hide and seek." Robin smirks at me, crossing his arms. "He always just blends into the shadows. I can never find him."

"Here's something I can do though," M'gann tells us, bringing me and Robin back into the conversation. "Camouflage mode."

She presses a button, and, presumably, our ship turned invisible. Nothingreally happened on the inside, though. I could still see everything.
Guess we'll just have to trust her on this one.

"Red Tornado to Miss Martian," Red's voice comes through the intercom system on the ship. We all sit up straighter, intrigued by Red Tornado's voice.

"Red Tornado to Miss Martian. An emergency alert has been triggered at the Happy Harbor Power Plant. I suggest you investigate covertly. I'm sending coordinates." Red Tornado said through the intercoms.

All of us are on high alert as a beeping noise comes from the ship, the coordinates being sent to us.

"Received. Adjusting course." M'gann says, swerving the ship midair, us almost falling to the left. I had to grab onto Aqualad for support, holding him by his shoulders. He steadied me, putting a hand on my waist.

We just stared at each other for a few seconds, neither of us being able to break the electrifying hold. I was basically sitting on his lap in the chair.
I had taken off my seatbelts, because they were really annoying me, and I had nothing to stop me from falling into Kaldur. Not that I was complaining, really.
