All the hero's saw the state of the child all the hero's were heartbroken the felt like they still have failed even though the saved the kid.
All might looked at the boy noticing he went unconscious do to all the stress.
(1 week later)
Izuku's POV
I slowly open my eyes to a bright beaming light giving me a slight headache.
My eyes are still kind of fuzzy but my eyes are not used to this so I had to squint do to being locked up in the dark for years letting my eyes adjust to the darkness better than light.
"I see you are awake izuku" a weird white animal thing said
"W-who are y-you..." I stuttered sinking myself slowly back into the sheets.
"Oh where are my manners I'm principle Nezu of U.A. I'm here to question you if you don't mind."Nezu replied
I could only nod to his reply.
"Well ok, what happened while you were over at the league?" Nezu questioned
"W-well u-umm I was t-tormented... s-stabbed....a-and b-burned..A-anything r-r-really painful...."I whispered To his question.
"Izuku do you have any family you can stay with?"Nezu asked
"W-why do I s-still have this c-collar on me..."Izuku said worried.
"Oh yes... see we seem to not know how to take it off but we found a hero with a quirk that can help with that they will be here in a little bit. But what is this collar for?"Nezu questioned
"W-well it s-stops me from using m-my quirk...."Izuku whispered
"Oh... how long has the collar been on?"Nezu asked
"F-five years...."Izuku replied whispering.
"Oh...do you mind telling me what your quirk is?"Nezu asked izuku
"My q-quirk is...Dragon..."Izuku replied.
(2 hours later (still in hospital)
"Hey I'm here!"a girl said with blonde gold looking long hair. Her eyes were ocean wave blue and her smile filled the room with a very nice aura.
"Yes hello, Akiara Gen! Can you help us remove his collar around Izuku's neck?"Nezu asked
(Also Akiara is not a OC she just a random character I came up with I just spent 30 minutes looking for girl names in Japanese the life I live lmao 😂)
"Well that's why I came here didn't I. Sometimes your really funny you know that right?!"Akiara laughed.
"Ahhh the old Akiara back at it again..."Nezu smiles as Aikara walked to izuku using her quirk to unlock the collar.
(I don't know Akiara's quirk all I know is that she can unlock locks R.I.P.)
The collar finally dropped to the floor as izuku immediately turned into a mini version of his dragon form.

Nezu and Aikara saw how his neck looked extremely raw even in his dragon form.
They got the nurse and they wrapped bandages all around his neck. Izuku just sat there staring out the outside world slowly realizing how he has missed the beautiful outside world for 6 years.
Tears fell down his cheeks knowing 6 years of his life were wasted. His eyes were still dull no gleam of happiness just sadness.
Soon Nezu walked out the room to report to his meeting about izuku.
Hero's POV
(At U.A. Meeting Office)
"So Nezu what would you like to discuss about?" Midnight asked
"Well I wanted to talk about Izuku."Nezu replied.
"See izuku has no family anymore his last parent was killed during his kidnapping...
Izuku also has not been able to use his dragon quirk for 5 years only leaving him 1 year with using his dragon quirk. See I'm gonna need someone to take care of izuku. But who do you think is the best candidate for adopting?"Nezu questioned at the end
Everyone grew a smirk on their face slowly starting at Mr.Aizawa.(hahahahahahahahagagahgahahahag)
"Why are all of you staring at m-
Oh hell no. I hate kids their such a problem."Aizawa stated.
"Well looks like it's decided Aizawa will be adopting izuku"Nezu smirked
