Ah yes it is time for another short story let us begin.

Y/N's POV:

I place my phone on my counter and start up the audio logs I've been recording as of late.

Y/N: Audio log #13. So things have remained the same, boring. Lately everyone's been talking to me in a condescending way. Like I get it I'm a kid and all but I'm no stranger to fighting the good fight. Ugh and Carol is getting on my last nerves. I just wish we could find this ugly purple son of a gun so I can just go home already. End log

I end the recording and dawn my suit with the intention of hitting up the training room. It's usually empty around this time. A minute or two passes and I've arrived. Empty, just the way I like it. I start up a simulator that has me swinging around an alien like world just in case we end up heading to space for whatever reason. 10 minutes in and that space chick comes in.

Y/N: Ah captain marvel...what're you doing here? Awake?

Captain Marvel: Carol's fine web-head.

Y/N: Web-head? I don't like it.

Captain Marvel: That's tough. Say what about you and I go one on one.

Y/N: I mean I just finished (lie)

Captain Marvel: And you think Thanos is going to let you off easy just because your tired. Put them up.

Turning my head in confusion I look at her as she throws a punch at my face. I quickly block the punch but it was all just a misdirection. With her free hand she jabbed my stomach causing my guard to drop. Without missing a beat she puts me in a chokehold. Losing oxygen fast I fire a web at the ceiling and yank us up. I manage to angle it so her back would slam into the ceiling. Her grip loosens from shock but it's all i need. Grabbing the back of her head I get ready to throw her down.

Y/N: Yeet!

I throw her down onto the floor and web her down so she can't get up.

Captain Marvel: I'll give you that one.

She starts to glow really brightly. Must've activated her powers or something along those lines.

Y/N: Oh c'mon!

She rips out of the webs and begins to have a hay day at my expense. Once it's all said and done I lay in a small crater outside. Out of breath and with every muscle and bone in my body begging me to quit I stand up.

Captain Marvel: You know I'm going to keep knocking you down right?

Y/N: Knock me down as many times as you want.

I lift my mask a little to spit out some blood and then lower it once again.

Y/N: But I will always get back up. It's not about how you fall-

Captain Marvel: But how you get back up. Commendable.

She stops glowing and walks over to me offering her hand. I shake hers and she puts me on her back carrying me back inside.

Y/N: I think I won

No excuse for this being late just was lazy.
