CHAPTER. 16 First Performance

Austin P.O.V

When we got to the stadium people were running around everywhere like usual. Nani looked around amazed at what she saw. I grabbed her hand and followed everyone else. Everyone was in front of us so they didn't see. When we got to the dressing area we were immediately spilt apart.

Nani P.O.V

After being pulled away from Austin I was pushed into a dressing room. There was some other girls and they were really nice. I got dressed then I was pulled into the hair stylist. Honey was there smiling taking pictures. After my hair was done I was going to the make up area but I immediately stopped.

Honey: what's wrong mama

Nani: I don't wanna wear make up

Honey: baby you have natural beauty all they're putting on is lipgloss eyeliner and mascara that's it don't worry

I sighed and sat down after they were done I walked outside and saw a whole bunch of people. When I mean people I mean all kinds of artists. I spotted my dad and saw him talking to some people. When he saw me he smiled. I went up to him and gave him a hug.

Michael: you look amazing

Nani: thanks just not used to this make up

Michael: wait they put make up on you

Nani: just mascara lipgloss and eyeliner

Michael: it don't even look like it

Nani: I'm really scared though

Michael: what I tell you don't worry your gunna do great out there and I'm gunna be here watching you

Nani: ok

Michael: I have some people who wanna meet you and you probably know their names

I nodded. We walked over to a group of people and I almost fainted by who I saw. It was Nicki Minaj Drake Lil Wayne Kid Ink August Alsina Big Sean and Ariana Grande. On the outside i just smiled and said hi but on the inside I was going crazy.

Nani: OMG it's so awesome to meet you guys

Nicki: it's nice to meet you too Ty didn't tell me you were this beautiful how old are you

Nani: 14 I'm gunna be turning 15 in 3 months

Nicki: are you gunna invite me to your party

Nani: heck yes

Nicki: YAAAAS we can be turning up then I can buy you all kinds of gifts

Michael: you gone spoil this girl

Nicki: yes nigga I'm her godmother

Michael: when did this happened

Nicki: since the day you told me you got a child boy

I just laughed as the two argued. I felt someone staring me down so I turned and saw August. He gave me a wink and I just waved. I saw Austin so I ran to him and jumped on his back.

Austin: who's on my back

Nani: it's your best friend

Austin: Nani

Nani: yeah

I got off his backs and he gave me a hug. It was time to go so I have my dad a hug and ran up on stage.

Michael P.O.V

As I was watching the performance I kept my eye on Nani the whole time. She was doing great out there. She was smiling the whole time. When they were done some other dancers ran up to the stage and Nani had to go to the dressing room again. She then came back out with a new outfit.

Nani: daddy did you see me did you see me

Michael: I sure did baby girl I told you you can do it

Nani: it's so much fun I love this job

Michael: I'm glad you like it baby girl

She ran up there one more time and did her job. When she came back down she went to the dressing room and came back out with her regular clothes. Her eyes were blue and when I got w closer look at her hair the tips were blue.

Michael: Nani come here

Nani: yeah

Michael: I've noticed that your eyes and hair were changing color

Nani: yeah they've been doing that for awhile

Michael: how come you haven't told me

Nani: I thought you guys might freak out and take me back to the foster care

Michael: mamas why would you think that we would never take you back don't ever think that again alright

Nani: alright

I gave her a hug and a kiss. It was time to go so everyone got packed up and went out back.

Nani P.O.V

We were all in the back saying goodbye to each other. I gave everyone a hug and they all gave me their numbers incase something happens or whatever. Last but not least I hugged my mom and dad.

Michael: we're gunna see you in a few months baby girl

Nani: yeah

Honey: you be good with Chris don't give him any trouble and if a bitch try to come at you knock her ass out

Nani: (laughs) I know momma

I gave them a hug and a kiss and they left. I walked on the tour bus and plopped on the couch. I seen Austin come in and he laid on me. This nigga.

Nani: oh god your so heavy

Austin: shut up

Kaelynn: anyways I had a good time out there

Kenzie: yeah but as you go more into it you'll get tired

Nani: well anyways goodnight peoples

I went in the back and changed into some pajamas. I turned off the light and got in bed. I felt someone next to me and I already knew who it was. Austin.

Austin: goodnight beautiful

Nani: night handsome

He wrapped his arms around me and gave me a kiss. I slept with a smile on my face.
