Hygiene/ health & safety rules:
. Wash your hands before cooking
. Wear an apron
. Wear gloves when putting food in and taking food out of the oven
. Make sure all meat is 75°c before eating
. Wear blue plasters over cuts when cooking
. Wash your hands after touching raw meat to avoid food poisoning
. Tie long hair back
. If you burn yourself, put your hand under cold water for 10 minutes
. Always keep dairy products in the fridge
