If you think that your Chinese friend has only one set of clothes because he always wear the same shirt and jeans everyday, you are being too judmental.
Mind you, for they actually have two sets of clothes, underwear included. They actually wear one outfit during the day and another a night.
You could actually see the night clothes being hanged on the balcony during they day for whatever that helps and vice versa.
Our African Friends on the other hand, do love to dress. Maybe they don't always impress but they do attract the eyes.
At night, it would not be suprising to see a black guy with flashy and highly reflecting air jordan shoes, chilling in his living room.
Chinese on the other hand, seem to have implemented those thick flurry pyjama with hello kitty print as a traditonal evening dress: all gender and ages group actually.
However in our imaginary world, things would not be that different..
Black people are way too hot and sexy to actually refuse not to dress everyday.
And chinese even if they were to enlarge their wardrobe, men would still be wearing yellow jeans and replicas Christian Armani shirts.
Yes, some things are only made in China.
