Midorya's POV

"Today is the day I die." I stopped in my tracks as I looked at the café.

"Izu, calm down. Were doing this for Eri right? Just keep thinking of her." She giggled a bit at me. we walked over to the café and went inside, we sat down at a table for six and waited on our parents to arrive.

The first to arrive was my mother and All Might, he had insisted on coming since he was one of the people who did a lot of research on it. "Hey mom, Hey All Might."

"Hello sweetheart, so what did you want to discuss?" she gave me a questioning look.

"Well were actually waiting on Ochako's parents as well, we'll discuss it once everyone is here." I said trying to hide my nervousness. We sat and talked for about ten minutes until Mr. and Mrs. Uraraka showed up. After our greetings we sat and ordered some drinks.

"Alright young Midorya, I think it's time to begin."

"Wait, Toshi, you know what's going on?" my mother asked with a confused glance.

"Yes, but this is for them to discuss." He said and nodded to me.

"Ok, basically, by the end of march Eri's recovery will technically be over. Since she was put into our care for her mental recovery..." I pause and took a deep breath, "She will be taken to an orphanage at that point to be adopted."

All three of the parents had a sad expression on there faces after hearing this, "The teachers and principal Nezu all think that if that happens then it may cause more harm than good, however there is only one real solution." Ochako looked over at me, her nerves clearly starting to take their toll.

"We both want to adopt her." The parents all stared at us for a moment before erupting into laughter. Ochako and I looked at each other confused until Mr. Uraraka spoke.

"Took you two long enough to say it to us. We've been waiting on you to actually tell us for a while." They all smiled at our shocked and confused faces.

"Mrs. Takoda told me about your visit to her a while back. And of course, I went to the Uraraka's to discuss so we are all pretty much on board." My mother said through her huge smile as I stared in disbelief.

"Well, there is one other thing." All Might said as he gestured to me and Ochako.

"Right," I said straightening back up. "One of the issues is something I never spoke to Mrs. Takoda about." I paused as I knew what I was about to have to say.

"In order for this to work, were going to have to get married earlier than planned." This time the adults had the shocked expressions from what Ochako said, well except All Might who knew all this from the beginning.

"Are you serious? Did you just say married?" Mr. Uraraka looked to have the most trouble with the idea.

"Yes, I know we said that the p-plan was to wait until after U.A. to do so, but now we will have to in order for this to work." I spoke trying to explain.

"I do know how this sounds but they are right." Everyone looked at all might after he spoke, "Aizawa and I have been doing some legal research and this is the best course of action, if there not married when we try and go through with this then the odds a judge will allow it is slim to none."

"Well I gotta say this is a surprise, I never expected to get a son in law this early, but I must say, I know how dedicated Izuku is. I trust him with my daughter, and so what if its early, I can probably guess that they would have gotten married at some point." Mrs. Uraraka spoke, and I knew of all people we had her on our side.
