Eduardo was complaining about something to do with Edd and his friends to Mark and Jon as if they should care, it's bad enough he got those two in his rivalry with their "green hoodie wearing" (as Eduardo sometimes calls him) neighbor, but honestly they just wanted to support him despite seeming like jerks.

"That green hoodie wearing, Coca Cola loving weirdo! I wanna punch him in the face!!"

Eduardo shouted not realizing that his friends stoped listening already

"At this point Edu you know enough about the guy to be his boyfriend"
Mark told him with a smirk Jon chuckled about it until they saw Eduardo face

"Y-you think so? I mean I don't even know if he likes other guys what if he's straight and doesnt like me?"

The blush was obvious and Mark couldn't believe he hasn't seen it before.

"I mean with the way you act I think he already doesn't like you"

Mark pointed out and the disappointment on Edu's face was apparent

"You like him don't you!!"
Jon thought it was adorable and was a giggling mess

"Yeah! I do! So what, it's not like he'd like me the same way anyway"

Eduardo has had his moments before but they never saw him this worked up before. It was amusing to say the least

"I didn't realize how I felt about him till after I acted like a huge jerk there's no way he'd even consider me a friend"

At this point Jon was already leaving to his room texting Todd about it leaving Mark to deal with emotions
'Why me?'

"Well buddy you could apologize and become friends and see how it goes from there"

That being the most logical thing Mark thought it would be simple

'oh great here comes a dumb decision'
Mark thought to himself giving up on advise it wasn't going anywhere

"I could try to impress him some how. What kind of things could I do to impress him?"

"Oh! Maby you could buy him some Cola! Edd loves Cola!"
Jon shouted at his friend coming back to the living room with his phone on hand

"Jon don't be rediculous I should do something better than that"

Eduardo told him trying to think of something better.
Thus began him waiting for the perfect opportunity to tell Edd his feelings.

"Well it's not like he'd ever be in a life threatening situation"
Mark mumbled to himself

~Time skip~

It's been two weeks sense Eduardos friends found out about his crush on Edd and Eduardo has just about given up on his confession but something bad happened. It was storming out and Eduardo was getting a stick out of the satellite thing that gives you T.V. channels (sorry I don't know what its called) when the worst thing imaginable happened.
He fell off the roof. He was being hit with a lot of wind and slipped and fell off the roof but before he could call for someone 
he heard a fimilar voice call his name someone ran to him and fell to the ground beside him asking if he was ok but he couldn't tell what he said and he was only able to make out their face, it was Edd and he was crying. He was in a lot of pain and he was crying to but somehow felt better having Edd there with him. He would never admit it though but right now his head hurt along with the rest of him and he most likely wasn't thinking straight.
