Chapter 5: Distant

After I asked Iris if she's received a note from the mail,she has been distancing herself from me. When I wave at her she just turns her head the opposite direction. When I sit next to her at lunch she just gets up and moves to a table further away. I don't know what I did but I want her back. I miss her and i dont know what to do without her anymore. After another useless attempt to communicate with Iris,I went to go to sit with my friends Carmen,Ike, and Seiko so we can start plotting our first idea. Finding who we hate most and how we can kill them. Sounds crazy,I know.

"I really hate Abit."

Carmen said, moving her hair out of her face.

"She is constantly annoying me. I think we should go for her before anyone else does."

Her accent was strong. Other then that,she was serious. Everyone knew the beef between Abit and Carmen after what happened at the party.

"I'd just like to point out the fact that we are plotting to kill our enemies and that we have to kill or else one of us could gave our brains blown out and on a stick."

Ike shivered. He really didn't want to do this.

"Well there are only 10 people left."

I said.

"Might as well just end them now before they end us."

Seiko nodded.

"We have to do what we have to do Ike. Do you want your family to die?"

We all looked down in silence. The sound of children laughing around us was audible.

“We will kill her at 10 then. That's the time she gets off from practice or whatever" Carmen spoke up,breaking the silence.Oh jeez.

"But where do we leave the body?"

"Near the lake."

"I dont want to do this-"

"We have to."

I cant believe this.
