Chapter 13

     (Y/N) POV

     The following evening, we were all sitting in the lounge area, talking. We were having a good time until Shining came flying in. "Oh no." I mumbled. "Fellow idols! I have an announcement." He yelled too loud. "Our agency will participate in another competition against Raging. More specifically, HEAVENS." "Oh well, shit." I felt a comforting hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see Ren. He mouthed, "Don't worry." I smiled back. "There will be a publicity banquet/interview for the competition, tomorrow. I suggest you have your formal outfits ready to wear." He explained. "Well, shit." I said again. "The winner gets to go on an international tour. These concerts will mostly be charity concerts and most of he proceeds will go to ppeople in need." Shining finished and hopped away.

     "I am screwed. I cannot do this. I might punch someone" I declared. "I know it'll be hard to face Van but you'll have to. Show him that you are doing better without him. I mean, you're thriving now, aren't you?" I heard Ren say. "You know what? You're right. Thanks Ren. I didn't know you could be a motivational speaker." I said. "It is one of my many talents." He replied. I laughed and placed my hand on top of his. "Well guys. I am going to my room. I have work to do. Bye." I squeezed Ren's hand and walked away.

     Ren POV

     I watched her as she left. My face was still a little flushed. I don't know why. "I've got to go too guys. Bye." Nanami said but I barely heard her.

     Masato POV

     After Nanami left I looked back to Ren and saw him in a daze. "I see someone has a new crush." I said. He turned around quickly with a surprised look on his face. "What are you talking about?" He asked rather defensively. "He's right, you know." Syo said. "You obviously like her." "No, I don't." Ren responded. "Yeah, sure." Ranmaru's voice was soaked with sarcasm. "Shut up. I'm going to bed. Good night." He said quickly and left. "Ren is in love." Cecil sang. Everyone agreed.

     Ren POV

     I didn't know what they were talking about. I obviously don't like her. Just then, I saw her in my mind. My face flushed. Crap. I think I might like her.

     (Y/N) POV

     I won't make it. I can't do this. What if I'm not emotionally ready to face him yet? Then I saw Ren reassuring me that I'll be fine. I smiled softly to myself. I will be. Wait a second. Why did I picture Ren?
